第一次來汕尾遊玩，跟著網友步伐預訂了這間拉曼酒店，入住體驗真的很好，性格比高！ 服務方面：前台小姐姐知道我們趁著520來旅遊，除了送我1朵手工做的玫瑰花外，還特意幫忙升級了房間，也貼心的作延遲退房安排。可能這幾天天氣太熱，又不時進出空調場所，翌日有點感冒，小姐姐還告訴我在酒店旁的南北藥房可以買藥，真的很友善又熱心！ 房間方面：頗有空間感，景觀也可以，陽光充足，衛生到位，床品潔淨舒適，空調絕對足夠，浴室水壓也非常穩定，洗手間跟淋浴室是乾濕分離的，沒有異味，很好。 地理方面：個人覺得頗佳，身處四馬路，靜中帶旺，感覺沒有二馬路的繁忙喧鬧，人流也不複雜，晚上走到對面街的夜市也只是幾分鐘步程。而且酒店後一條街已有2間寶藏食店，分別是當地人推介的「品清頂鮮牛腩店」及「能記牛肉火鍋」，同樣是幾分鐘步程，真的很方便！ 下次再來汕尾吃喝玩樂，一定會再住這家酒店，推介！

酒店很新，而且看的出來很用心，所有能讓顧客暖心的細節都考慮到了。不過還是提一些小小的不好體驗。第一，房間的窗簾是兩層的，商家可能為了更好的遮陽，用訂書機把窗簾訂在一起了。不過普通訂書機可能不夠穩固，有些脱落了，拉窗簾時會割手，有點危險，這個很容易割破手的。第二，早餐品種雖然不多，但是味道都還不錯，可以看出商家很用心。不過餐廳的服務員端餐具出來時還刁着煙出來，😅😅😅這個形象很不好，也給人感覺很不衞生，體驗感不太好。總體體驗都很不錯，就是一些小細節需要改善一下，要不那麼用心打造的效果都白費了。
