Good service！ our room has a small balcony from which we can see the ancient city wall. We had a good time there.

Best location, walking distance to many attractions. A good reasonable drive distance from high speed rail station, plus hotel provide pickup/sending service on vip van for free. Room was extremely clean, well maintained and bed was luxuriously comfortable. Comes with different kind of pillows for neck support. Had robot to send to room for food delivery. One of the best buffet breakfast I ever had in China, spread was plenty, taste was good, not too oily. However restaurant chef was not very friendly but fierce. Housekeeping auntie was super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are going to Shaoxing

Yunhe Yebo Hotel is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. They provide a great service and the amenities are clean and tidy. The shuttle service is also nice even though I didn’t make reservations 24 hours before check in. But they are still able to arrange a shuttle service for me from the train station. The fruit and soup are delicious and suitable for winter. Besides, the variance of choices of breakfast is also one of the best ones that I had in my life. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Definitively I will stay again next time when I visit Shaoxing.

Overall enjoyed our experience at this hotel in Shaoxing. The service from the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had free pick up and drop off service from the hotel as well. Would recommend.

Hotel is neat and the staffs are really kind. 5 star hotel level service. The hotel is also located in New developed area. It's convenient to buy stuff or find a place to eat.

這是我第一次去紹興，因為酒店很新和我覺得便宜的價錢才選擇了它家。誰知道入住之後讓我為自己的選擇感到慶幸，因為這個性價比太高了。首先酒店的員工不管是大堂的還是管家司機和收拾房間的都非常的熱情和有禮貌；其次酒店有安排免費送客人去市中心和火車站的服務；第三晚上還有暖心的送甜品到房間，退房的時候還有伴手禮。酒店周圍的環境也是很好的，夜間可以沿着運河散步，下次再去紹興的話，我還是會選擇這家👍🏻

酒店無論是硬件設施還是軟件管理都很到位。酒店大堂特別有氛圍感，一看就讓人感覺到了魯迅故里。房間也挺大，住着很舒服。房間緊鄰運河，時不時的能看到有船經過。早餐品種豐富多樣，就餐環境優雅。前台服務員都很盡職盡責，特別是小王美女，説話温文爾雅，有求必應。酒店還有一個亮點就是有接送服務，無論是高鐵站的來去還是景點的前往，酒店都有自己的專屬車輛接送客人，司機師傅很客氣還給我們介紹景點的線路幫我們規劃參觀線路。

因為行程臨時改變所以又續訂了，這裏還是挺方便的反正出行我們都是叫車的，旁邊也是景點迎恩門～房間的景色就是可以看到了，天氣太熱在房間喝茶也很舒服哦 我們的有接送服務，商務車乾淨舒適很不錯 可以預約每天晚上八點半的甜湯～最喜歡紅豆湯了哈哈哈 整體真的舒適

服務非常好，前一天就有電話來確認入住時間，有小孩子，送了睡前繪本、小熊娃娃，退房送了非常豐富的伴手禮，全家都很滿意。早餐的麪條也很好吃，親子房非常大，衞生很好。酒店步行可至迎恩門和水街，晚上逛逛挺不錯，銀泰有個很不錯的無動力樂園，小朋友玩到不想走。這次刷新對雲和夜泊的認識，非常棒的酒店，會推薦給朋友。
