Chaque fois que la famille de Qing retourne, elle désignera Radison. Il n'y a pas d'exception cette année. Bien qu'il y ait un peu de distorsions, il a été résolu plus tard, et je vois que notre bébé a été mis à jour pour nous. Cette année, j'ai découvert que Starbucks a été ouvert dans l'hôtel, très bien. Il convient également de mentionner que le petit déjeuner est riche, que certains aliments spécialement préparés à la main sont délicieux, l'unique regrettable est que cette fois-ci, je n'ai pas mangé de la pâte à la main.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 15h et n'avons pas pu nous enregistrer car la réception nous a dit que la chambre n'était pas sanitaire. J'ai attendu une heure et demie et je suis arrivé à 16h30. Il n'y a pas de place pour mettre des valises dans la chambre, et les toilettes donnent l'impression que le système d'égout n'a pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps, et il y a une petite odeur. Le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner chinois, il n'y a pas de simple café américain. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs Sheraton, mais j'ai l'impression que cet hôtel est le pire.

GGracelulu房子地理位置很好，緊挨着徐渭藝術館，衹是門頭沒有標識，剛下車時候不太好找，面對徐渭藝術館的左邊進去就是。文旅集團打造的酒店，設計很特別，兩進的院子，第一進大堂採光很好，空調卻也非常足，所以暑熱逼人的下午坐在大堂喝茶也很清涼愜意。這次住的觀棋，露台房沒有什麼景觀，但勝在房間挑空寬敞，有種住在老宅子裏的感覺，床和枕頭都很好，睡得很好。還有夜床服務，送了牛奶和小吃，這個要贊一下。拖鞋是草編的，在這個夏季裏比五星厚厚那種拖鞋舒服太多。整體上是很不錯的體驗。

GGerriLovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away). Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious. Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets. I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore. A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi. My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

IInvitéThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park. The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor. We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns. The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

L'hôtel était très propre, la chambre était propre. L'hôtel est situé à une très bonne position, au centre de nombreuses zones importantes de Shaoxing. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le personnel très aimable. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité, de qualité et de sensation que vous attendrez d'un hôtel de marque Holiday Inn. Vous recommanderiez et réserveraz certainement à l'avenir. Veuillez noter si vous pouvez fermer des voyages autour de CNY, certains restaurants, etc. pour vos vacances.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
