La nourriture est excellente. Ce qui dérangeait les enfants, c'était de crier et de courir dans la salle à manger car ce n'était pas agréable de manger. On pouvait les mettre dans une autre salle pour se crier dessus car il y avait beaucoup de place.

C'est le pire hôtel que je connaisse, sans exception. L'attitude du service est médiocre, les équipements de la chambre sont médiocres, le climatiseur de deux des trois chambres est en panne et la porte ne s'ouvre souvent pas lors du changement de chambre, et il vous sera demandé de donner un pourboire au serveur pour qu'il ouvre la porte . Le matelas de ma chambre s'est effondré. Je leur ai dit dans l'après-midi que je voulais changer de chambre, mais je n'étais pas d'accord. Ils ont dit que je changerais le matelas, mais je ne l'ai pas changé de toute la nuit. Il n'y avait pas de WiFi dans le trois chambres. J'étais tellement en colère que je ne suis pas resté la dernière nuit. , j'ai changé mon itinéraire et je suis retourné au Caire. Si je reste ici, ma taille me fera mal à cause du sommeil.

Le personnel n'est pas sympathique, si vous payez de l'argent au personnel, ils seront servis, vous ne devriez pas payer, ils ne se soucieront pas de vous, en particulier le travail de M. Minar au bar de la piscine est un très mauvais service et il vous donne à boire comme une charité, et je a parlé de lui à la crèche mais il n'a rien fait même s'il ne s'est pas excusé.

Cet hôtel est extraordinaire. Tout le staff est super . Ils ont un véritable sens du service. Nous avons été charmés par l’accueil . Le buffet est top, il y en a pour tous les goûts. le personnel est très attentionné et cela quelque soit le service : restau, réception, spa, piscine, animation. Toujours une petite attention dans la chambre : pliage des serviettes sur le lit différent chaque jour. Je recommande à 100%. Cette hôtel

Ad an amazing stay ere the hotel staff can't do enough for u. Always enough food to choose from everyday and if my lil boy didn't like anything the chef would do him chicken nuggets and chips . Animation team were amazing loved playing darts and doing morning stretches with Megan. Will definitely be coming bk x

The staff were very nice and helpful, my son was 18 there and they made a nice table decoration and his bedroom also,food was varied ,whole hotel is constantly cleaned .the hotel is in a good location with transport to the beach provided great

Room upgraded to superior on arrival - thank you. Large room, ample storage, safe and fridge, cleaned daily. Some signs of aging with grout, flush, balcony door lock broken. Food is repetitive but a la carte available. Extras are expensive 5ISD for a small red bull! Mall area filthy.

You won’t be disappointed with this hotel. Excellent location and what makes this place so great is the staff that work here, They are diamonds that make your stay here unforgettable.Every one of them from reception,house keeping,entertainment bar and restaurant work long hours but never fail to smile and go out of their way to help you, Our barman Kirolos was amazing never stopped smiling and was polite at all times,Saif at reception always would greet us with a big smile and Abdul at house keeping was so hard working to. Hotel arranges shuttle to their two beaches,Naama bay and soho sq. Ideal location in Sharm el sheikh can’t go wrong

Great holiday made special by the hard working staff! All of the staff worked very hard especially Asraf making sure we always had a drink in our hands. slight issue with our room to begin with but was quickly sorted out. have already booked to go back next year

This is our second time going to this hotel . I can’t fault them at all. Amazing place. Clean and great vibe . The staff always go out of the way to help you. Please don’t listen to negative reviews. It’s close to Naama Bay. It’s in a great location. It’s affordable and you get decent comfy beds and pillows . Great showers. Different pools to chill at . A lot of bars to get drinks from. The food for the week we where there , you would always find something you like. Music great. Even though they were doing construction on one part I never heard any noise at all. The waiters and chefs were just as amazing . So helpful and always happy . Our rooms were cleaned every day and the staff truly work so hard and always willing to help . Mahomoud on our floor worked so hard through out to make sure our rooms were cleaned and nothing was too much trouble for him . Sam for the excursions is such a pleasure to talk to . We had many laughs . It’s so nice to be in a place that really takes care of the guests .The water park is awesome . Loved it sooo much . What more do would you need ??. You are in beautiful Sharm. Great weather , great food , great vibes , great atmosphere. I could go on and on. Im definitely going back .
