La nourriture est excellente. Ce qui dérangeait les enfants, c'était de crier et de courir dans la salle à manger car ce n'était pas agréable de manger. On pouvait les mettre dans une autre salle pour se crier dessus car il y avait beaucoup de place.

C'est le pire hôtel que je connaisse, sans exception. L'attitude du service est médiocre, les équipements de la chambre sont médiocres, le climatiseur de deux des trois chambres est en panne et la porte ne s'ouvre souvent pas lors du changement de chambre, et il vous sera demandé de donner un pourboire au serveur pour qu'il ouvre la porte . Le matelas de ma chambre s'est effondré. Je leur ai dit dans l'après-midi que je voulais changer de chambre, mais je n'étais pas d'accord. Ils ont dit que je changerais le matelas, mais je ne l'ai pas changé de toute la nuit. Il n'y avait pas de WiFi dans le trois chambres. J'étais tellement en colère que je ne suis pas resté la dernière nuit. , j'ai changé mon itinéraire et je suis retourné au Caire. Si je reste ici, ma taille me fera mal à cause du sommeil.

Le personnel n'est pas sympathique, si vous payez de l'argent au personnel, ils seront servis, vous ne devriez pas payer, ils ne se soucieront pas de vous, en particulier le travail de M. Minar au bar de la piscine est un très mauvais service et il vous donne à boire comme une charité, et je a parlé de lui à la crèche mais il n'a rien fait même s'il ne s'est pas excusé.

This is our second time going to this hotel . I can’t fault them at all. Amazing place. Clean and great vibe . The staff always go out of the way to help you. Please don’t listen to negative reviews. It’s close to Naama Bay. It’s in a great location. It’s affordable and you get decent comfy beds and pillows . Great showers. Different pools to chill at . A lot of bars to get drinks from. The food for the week we where there , you would always find something you like. Music great. Even though they were doing construction on one part I never heard any noise at all. The waiters and chefs were just as amazing . So helpful and always happy . Our rooms were cleaned every day and the staff truly work so hard and always willing to help . Mahomoud on our floor worked so hard through out to make sure our rooms were cleaned and nothing was too much trouble for him . Sam for the excursions is such a pleasure to talk to . We had many laughs . It’s so nice to be in a place that really takes care of the guests .The water park is awesome . Loved it sooo much . What more do would you need ??. You are in beautiful Sharm. Great weather , great food , great vibes , great atmosphere. I could go on and on. Im definitely going back .

It was a good holiday to spend in this hotel we really enjoyed every night in it everything was more than perfect the staff was nice and the food was very good and delicious the room was clean and the animation team they have a lot of activities to do the whole day won't be the last time here

This hotel has had a lot of poor reviews these past few months and even TUI wrote to us to say we could change our booking to a different hotel, at no charge, but we decided to keep this hotel booked and visited with an open mind. I really do not understand what people could possibly complain about ( and this is our 12th time staying in Egypt). This hotel was excellent and I could not find any fault with the staff, accommodation, food , drinks or entertainment. Guests, that's another matter. Yes, those guests from ex-Soviet republics can be the most boorish, ill mannered and just plain rude people on the planet, but it still didn't spoil the holiday. Accept that the majority are not going to queue for food or drinks and will barge in where they want, but take it with a smile and carry on. Other nationalities queued or waited in turn - French, Italian , Dutch, Egyptian and many other nationalities were there. The hotel itself is a large complex with three A/I buffet restaurants the Sultan and Pharoah in Parklands, and the Atrium next door to the Cinema near the water park/Premier rooms. All can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition there are three A La carte restaurants - the Italian Dolce Vita, the Seafood Nathans, and the Indian Bukhara. A week A/I package includes one free visit to Dolce or Nathans - additional visits are chargeable. You pay for the Indian. We ate at Dolce Vita for our free visit and didn't regret it - the steak is to die for (thanks for the suggestion Sherif). We also opted for a meal at the Bukhara and it was a very reasonable $32 USD for two rice dishes/ 2 main courses/ and 2 Naan breads. Booking the free visit or pay visits must be made in advance at Guest Relations. Charlotte and Madonna were both of great help when we visited. You pay a deposit at the Cashier when you want to make a paid booking so either have cash or your Credit Card handy. Final bill payment can be made at the restaurant (cash only) or you can charge back to your room number and pay the cashier later or on checking out. As mentioned , Soviets spoiled the buffet dining experience especially at dinner at busy times ( 6.00pm - 8pm ) but avoiding that period made it a bit better. Overall though the food quality was excellent and the variety of dishes was excellent from soups and salad, meat stews of every variety ( one night even had liver and onions and it was to die for), always chicken and fish of some sort and outside was a grill area where different meat dishes were prepared based upon the meal 'Theme' that night. Breakfast choices were typical of any A/I resort in any country, fruit juices, teas/coffee station, cereals, fruit, breads and pastries galore, sausages are obviously not pork, but beef and chicken wurst type sausages available. Outside is an omelette / fried egg station and one preparing pancakes. Bars are plentiful around the complex, too many to mention. However, we spent all our evenings at the Waves Bar unde

First of all I would like to say a massive thank you for the free room upgrade , it was much appreciated. The staff were always eager to help you whatever the circumstance. The food was pretty good, there was always something to choose from. The main dishes were cooked outside the restaurant on a hot grill ( basically barbecued ) . All the pool areas were good and well maintained with bars .The rooms were cleaned daily. The A La carte Italian restaurant was very nice and we was allowed to go free twice during our 2 week visit. The main bar areas at night were nice and a special mention to " baz" , he was absolutely brilliant and so friendly and attentive at all times, he always kept you going with drinks. The weather was absolutely amazing everyday 😍. The only thing I will say is that the rooms,the corridors to the rooms and the balconies are definitely not 5* ,they need some attention but the rest of the hotel is nice. Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a week in November and had a brilliant time. All the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them, any issues we had was sorted as soon as we spoke to Caroline from guest relations (flush on toilet didn't work in my parents room when they arrived). Food in the restraunt is as you would expect from an all inclusive and can be a bit repetitive, I am a fussy eater and always managed to find something- the chilli con carne is good! The animation team are hilarious and very friendly, always provided a giggle.. foam party was brilliant. Have to give a shout out to Ash from the pool bar, he was always there with a smile and brightened all of our days - we was all very sad to say goodbye to him :( There is building/renovation work going on at the hotel but wasn't disruptive other than one morning when there seemed to be some kind of drilling In the block next to ours, another guest made it to clear to him he should not make any noise before 9am and he swiftly stopped. We ordered room service one night but the menu prices needed updating (we had been told that when collected the menu) however the prices were quite a big difference and not a small one (advertised 95 egp, was actually 350 egp)- still a good price so no complaints but hopefully they update them soon from the feedback we provided to Caroline. All in all for the price we paid we had an amazing stay and would 100% return, hopefully we will be back in the future so we can see all the friendly staff again and how the building works have developed haha! Tip: there is a market 5 minute walk down the road that is much cheaper then the shops in the hotel, a little further down the same road there is a McDonald's :) Also - the hotel is connected to another one, just need to go for a little explore and will find all the pools and restaraunts (some were not open but we knew that from other reviews), we ate in the Italian and it was nice.

This is not a hotel. No, it is a street full of insects, mosquitoes, and mosquitoes. The smell of the plants is very bad. This is the worst vacation ever. The hotel staff only work with confusion. They also do not respect each other. There were cleaners who insulted each other with insults... The food is not varied and not good. I got sick because of the food.... The swimming pools are dirty and need to be cleaned. There is nothing for entertainment. I do not advise anyone to go there....😐

I want to start this review by shouting out some of the staff that made our holiday perfect. Michael Aziz you are a fantastic asset to the business making sure we had a perfect holiday. Thank you for making sure I was ok when I was unwell during my stay. We will return based on your hospitality alone. We were privileged to be your guest. Geoege at the main pool bar worked so hard always had a smile and a kind word. We were never without a drink - thank you. Baz in the reception bar was so attentive looked after us and was constantly checking on our wellbein. A couple of negatives the food wasn't too good not enough variety and the set up going from one dinning room to another for chips isint ideal. It would be great to have the same options in both dinning rooms. Our room was ideal. Big room plenty of wardrobe space only downfall is the rooms are tied and in need of a coating of paint. We will definitely be back. Enjoyed our stay
