Hôtel charmant avec une ambiance rustique, nous voulions opter pour un hôtel avec une ambiance authentique plutôt qu'un luxe épuré. Et c’est exactement ce que nous avons obtenu, mais avec un service du personnel qui a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Les détails mineurs qui gênent la dernière étoile étaient le choix limité de boissons, pas de piscines chauffées (je suis sûr que ce n'est pas un problème en été mais en décembre c'était certainement le cas) le wifi (pour lequel vous devez payer des frais minimes). ) a une très mauvaise connexion à certains endroits, alors assurez-vous de le vérifier auprès du réceptionniste lorsque vous récupérez votre chambre. La nourriture était excellente, car pour un mangeur difficile, il n'y a jamais eu un jour où je n'ai pas eu une option qui m'a laissé satisfait. Mais ce qui a vraiment valu la peine de notre séjour ici, c'est encore une fois le personnel. Surtout le personnel de cuisine/salle à manger, Yousef dans la galerie marchande et bien sûr les garçons à la plage.

L'hôtel dans son ensemble est très très confortable, nous avons réservé 4 jours sans aucun commentaire, le personnel est très serviable et les chambres sont très propres, la nourriture est très bonne et le service est très bon. J'y retournerai tellement

The room bathroom and public area bathrooms are not clean. There is no kettle in the room and amenities. You feel mosquitoes all over the hotel. The buffet is very small. The food presentation is very bad. The food quality and taste was not good. There is no variety in food. Poor quality of drinks due to bottles being constantly open and not refrigerated. The quality of hot drinks is not good. There is no wind break on the beach. Some swimming pools are not cleaned. Many employees are not trained. No one looks at the personal hygiene of employees. No bady from management asks the guests in house about satisfaction or not.

For the second time we had the pleasure of spending our holiday in this hotel. Ultimately, we booked another hotel, but after spending the night there in quite uncomfortable conditions, we decided to leave the hotel in favor of Faranna Heights Resort. We contacted the restaurant manager, Mr. Adel, who immediately helped us book a room. We were very nicely welcomed and taken care of from the first minutes of our stay at this hotel. The hotel has several swimming pools of various sizes and a slide. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty, varied, served hot and cold. Mr. Adel, Mustafa and his employees took care not only of tasty meals but also of a very friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. In addition to excellent food, you could taste various kinds alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, competent, nice and smiling waiters (special thanks to Pol.) There is a beach not far from the hotel, a bus leaves to the beach every few minutes. There is a show every evening: fire shows, dancing, etc. Dance lovers can enjoy evening discos. An additional advantage were the animators who ensured attractions for both adults and children. I consider the trip to be a very successful one, thank you for your help in reserving the rooms and for the nice and warm welcome every day.

Overall the hotel is good. One of the advantages is the location, it's very close to the beach. Even though it's on the edge of the city, it's convenient to have a beach right in front of the hotel. Apart from that, the hotel territory is full of swimming pools and jacuzzis. It's a great alternative for people who don't want to go to the beach. The hotel has its own aqua park, the children can enjoy it to the fullest. From the architectural point of view, the hotel territory is designed in a nice way, inspired by Inca and Mayan culture. Additionally, the buildings and hotel numbers are made in the Morrocan style. Talking about the hotel numbers, they are not that perfect, the furniture is kind of old, requires renovation. The food in the hotel is relatively good, has a good choice of dishes. As regards the Internet, it is the worst part, as it's not free, $10 for a week of use. Moreover, if you buy the wi-fi credentials, only 1 person can use it at a time, not talking about the low speed, which is only good in the reception itself. Animators weren't so impressive, the music is the same all the time and shows are primitive.

Location is genius, All Staff professional & friendly , Reception wonderful and friendly, Restaurant wonderful , cleanliness wonderful ، Activities are entertaining. Alot of Thanks to Management of Farrana Heights Resort for making our vacation wonderful.
