I was hoping to see the stars, but a sudden downpour dampened my hopes. However, my parents were very satisfied. Although we didn't see the stars, the scenery was still beautiful, and there were even play facilities for the children! The owner's cooking was also excellent, definitely worth a visit. Online reviews and Didi drivers said that this hotel is a bit far from the ancient city of Huizhou and the location is relatively biased. But I think it is only two or three kilometers. It is not far away, and the environment is quiet. It is more comfortable to live. In the past few days in Huangshan, this hotel is the most comfortable and highest rated one we have ever stayed in! But the management of the laundry room is a little flawed: there are two washing machines, one of which seems to be broken; the washing machine looks a bit dirty, it feels like no one has cleaned it for a long time, so we didn't dare to use it in the end. The staff asked me to cancel my booking and rebook cheaper rooms because they cannot provide breakfast. I insisted on taking breakfast somewher nearby. She showed me a picture of a simple breakfast and siad it could be delivered to rooms. If something like this happens in other hotels, they would offer room upgrade or some kind of compensation. Asking the guest to cancel and rebook is absurd. It was also impossible to connect to Wife if you do not have a Chinese number. She didn't tell me this for an hour. All in all the service attitude was quite poor despite excellent rooms. What a pity!"

"Au départ, tout semblait bien se passer. La femme de ménage nous a prévenus que notre chambre pourrait être bruyante, ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. Cependant, après notre arrivée, nous avons constaté des soucis, principalement liés à l'incapacité du propriétaire à les résoudre. 1. La température avoisinait les zéro degré Celsius ces derniers jours, et la climatisation était peu efficace ; il ne faisait pas assez chaud, et nous devions porter deux couches de vêtements. 2. Le principal problème concernait le matelas et la couette. Le matelas était dur, extrêmement dur ; on sentait les ressorts. La couette était très fine ; je dormais en sous-vêtements thermiques. Vers 4 h du matin, je n'en pouvais plus ; j'avais des courbatures partout, alors j'ai appelé la femme de ménage (qui a répondu au téléphone, ce qui était appréciable). Elle nous a expliqué que c'était le comportement normal de leurs matelas. À notre demande, elle a ajouté une couette, et nous avons mis la couette fine en dessous. C'est seulement après cela que nous avons pu dormir confortablement. Ce matin, j'ai vérifié une autre chambre et j'ai constaté que le matelas était moelleux. Après un examen plus attentif, j'ai constaté que le côté moelleux de notre matelas était en dessous (j'ai des photos pour preuve ; le gros plan montre notre matelas, et la vue d'ensemble montre le côté moelleux vers le haut). Cette chambre coûte plus de 500 yuans, mais la qualité du sommeil est déplorable. Le plus décevant est que le propriétaire ne semble pas s'en apercevoir et refuse toute compensation. Je suggère au propriétaire de passer une nuit dans cette chambre et d'essayer le matelas ferme. Qu'il voie si payer plus de 500 yuans en vaut la peine. Je ne cherche pas de compensation pour le moment ; je ne fais que constater les faits objectivement. La femme de ménage s'est excusée, mais le prix de la chambre ne correspond vraiment pas à sa qualité."
