Highly recommended, especially for group travellers or families! The condo-style unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and super comfortable — we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff? Absolutely amazing. I had more than 10 parcels sent there before our arrival (yes, pre-trip online taobao shopping 🙈), and they had them neatly arranged on a trolley, ready to be sent to our room the moment we checked in. Talk about thoughtful service! Breakfast was more than enough — good variety and fresh every day. On days we skipped the buffet to visit the morning market, the staff even prepared drinks, fruits, and sandwiches for us to take on the go. Such a kind touch! Overall, we felt really well taken care of. Clean space, warm service, and great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. 💯

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Somerset is an international brand, but the management is very Chinese. The lobby smell is also very Chinese. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as "International" but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Shenyang Railway station. What l liked the most, is that the staff speaks English, which makes checking in and out easy. The breakfast menu was was also fair, with a range of western food. The hotel does need a bit of renovation, but for the price . It’s a good serviced hotel, with a washing machine, stove and fridge. The rooms are also spacious

호텔에서 담배냄새 안나서 좋았습니다. 복도에서 향기로운 냄새가 남. 직원들이 영어를 할 줄 알아서 편하고 좋았어요. 체크인 굉장히 친절합니다. 모든 직원 친절하지만 도어맨 중 한 명이 숙박객이 들어오는 걸 보고도 문을 안열고 멀뚱히 서있어요. 그것 빼고는 서비스도 좋습니다. 방에 세탁기도 있어서 청결하고 좋아요. 근데 좀 요란스러움. 밤에는 못쓸듯함. 냉장고도 잘되어있고 주방도 깔끔합니다. 식탁도 있어서 밖에서 사와서 먹기에도 좋습니다. 옷장과 서랍장도 있고 전신거울도 있어서 좋아요. 욕실은 2개고 하나는 욕조도 있습니다. 에어컨도 잘 됨. 근데 전체적으로 먼지는 좀 많은 것 같아요. 먼지 알러지 있는데 몸에 알러지 올라오더라구요. 대신 청소는 매일 깔끔하게 해주십니다. 바로 옆에 로손 편의점 있고 태원가도 바로 앞이에요. 호텔뷰도 좋음. 시티뷰에요. 밤에 보면 예뻐요. 호텔 조식 무난합니다. 아침에 간단하게 먹고 나가기 좋아요. 엘레베이터도 카드가 인식이 되어야 층을 누를 수 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 줍니다. 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 소수보다는 4인 이상 단체로 여행갈 때 좋을 듯 합니다.

此次來瀋陽遊玩因為帶狗狗特意選的寵物友好酒店，這次入住非常的滿意，無論是房間設施及服務人員都非常的好，房間佈局合理，可以洗衣做飯，而且每天房間打掃非常乾淨與及時，服務人員也非常的有禮貌，附近交通也方便有地鐵且緊鄰瀋陽站，有地下車庫40/天到前台進行登記就行，可以叫外賣有機器人送到房間。房間也不需要收取寵物清潔費，按金也是快遞退回，並且還送了冰箱貼當留念禮物，下次來瀋陽還來此地居住。
