LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable.
When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours.
Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home.
This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

La chambre a été surclassée à mon arrivée. Surtout la réception, Guo Lingling a patiemment expliqué et répondu aux questions avant l'heure d'enregistrement, elle s'est activement coordonnée avec le personnel du service de santé pour nettoyer la chambre le plus rapidement possible et s'enregistrer. louange👍👍. Au moment du départ, le service de Mengni à la réception était également bon👍. A recommander.

ZZiluoLa position de l'hôtel est très bonne, devant la fenêtre de la chambre, je vois la station nord de Xiyang, très proche de la route, le restaurant à proximité est très complet, les installations intérieures de l'hôtel sont également très parfaites, la chambre est propre et propre, l'eau chaude, l'eau de bain est très grande. La chambre est équipée d'une eau de boisson suffisante, de lait de lait, de lait et de petits plats, le petit déjeuner est également très riche et, en général, un hôtel très bon rapport qualité-prix.

We combined it with a night in the hotel.

The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

IInvitéThe room and bedding was perfectly clean, had every top quality amenity we could ever need, was beautifully decorated and felt new. The bathroom and shower were also perfectly arranged. We moved here to be close to Shenyang Bei Shan for an early train. We only wish we could have spent more days here! My kids were so disappointed we couldn't spend more time in this fancy hotel :)
