Hôtels Atour à Shenzhen

Le centre de Huaqiangbei, situé à proximité du marché électronique SEG, du marché électronique Huaqiangbei et de tonnes de restaurants et de shopping. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais il était très bon.

Location This hotel is located right opposite Dongmen lao jie with all the food varieties and wholesale market. Easy navigates and alot of food choice and shopping spree. However, the main road is currently undergoing construction. Hence, I felt it is pretty troublesm if we want to book didi. We need to pull our luggage and wait by the roadside to flag taxi. Each time we go out, we get to cross the road and hold our kids hands tightly as the e-bike riders drive is pretty annoying. Service Staff are superb helpful and polite. Hotel guest is allow to order TB and deliver to the hotel. Hotel will assist to receive the parcel. Laundry services which I felt is the best service I ever had. And its FOC. We send our clothes to the laundry room to wash, hotel staff will help us to transfer to the dryer machine and send it to our hotel room accordingly. Thumbs up to this service. Cleanliness Satisfied and approved.

L'hôtel est réservé pour une nuit au Club de l'Oil et au Sauce. Il est vraiment très bon pour l'argent, étant donné que l'hôtel est accessible à tout. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et le personnel était professionnel et compétent.

The front of the building is easily missed , but the light helps to find it , and I quite like the breakfast. Location was very convenient as there is a shopping mall right across from the hotel

Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to metro and close to a luxury shopping mall. A lot of restaurants in the area. There is a seafood restaurant at the hotel and you will get a free abalone as the hotel tenants. The seafood was fresh and tasty.

Clean and spacious room. A bit pity that there're no hangers in the bathroom which is quite inconvenient. Polite staff.

the taxi had difficulties to find it. But then all ok. Clean and near the metro station, so good for moving around

We have stayed 4 times in 4 different rooms on different floors. We generally love the neat, modern rooms with practical items we need, like USB charging points and lighting that works consistently. The beds are comfy with 2 pillows to choose from. The tv only has CCTV channels but it is large with a clear reception. The robot delivery for food orders works well and is better than room service in our opinion. The room Aircon is typically good and has the power and ability to actually cool the room, unlike some other (more expensive) hotels we have stayed at in Shenzhen. However, during the latest stay, the Aircon wasn't quite as cold and took much longer to cool. The breakfast range is decent, but we would like to see more vegetarian options with vegetable-based protein. The cooking could use a little less oil. The breakfast staff are very friendly. The location in the village is very practical, not super touristy, but does have nice coffee shops nearby. It is a short walk to the metro. The gym isn't large but is decently equipped, with 2 treadmills, a bike, elliptical, free weights and a dual-cable adjustable weight system. The clothes washing facility is great.

Though the reception staff doesn’t speak English, the way the staff treats customers is way better than I expected(I’m from Japan so I’m used to good service but I was surprised at their hospitality). Upon checking in they gave me hot tea and check in process was faster than 5 star hotel in China. The room was clean and has enough amenities. The fridge in the room had a bunch of water bottles, and even snacks which were free. They also have free laundry service, you just put your laundry in the basket and next day you wake up with your laundry washed and hung on the doorknob. When I left the hotel they even gave me a small gift and a water bottle.Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very near to Shenzhen World Exhibition. They provide their own hotel transportation to the exhibition which is very convenient for business travelers. They have amazing staff and housekeeping which provides us with new fresh bath towel daily, with fresh fruits and flowers everyday. We will definitely come over to stay again to this hotel. Travel time to airport takes around 20-30minutes drive which is very near compare staying in other cities.
