Le lit était confortable et de grande taille, la douche avait une haute pression d'eau et une très bonne température tout au long de la journée (pas de fuite au sol), l'AC était réactif et précis (bien que tous les contrôles et la formulation soient en chinois mais cela n'était pas un problème pour moi comme il La location était proche de la station de métro.
Lavez les serviettes de main et de visage incluses mais c'est une plainte mineure.

YYui KeungA great stay as it had been for us the last time we were there in July for the first time. A very nice hotel indeed with friendly staff. The hotel is sparkling clean. Breakfast was very good. A brand new mall next to the hotel just opened up with great food and shopping just minutes away. We loved the self-help laundry service and enjoyed our stay overall for the second time there. Will definitely book again.

Location:
This hotel is located in a strategic spot with convenient access to anywhere in the city. The nearest MRT station is HuangGangCun Station, with three exits (C1, C2, and D) right in front of the hotel. If you have luggage, use exit C2, which has an escalator to the main street leading to the hotel. Be aware that there is no elevator going down to the station, so it’s easier to use the stairs from exit D for luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the right side of the hotel and use the zebra crossing to find exit A with an escalator, which requires an 8-10 minute walk without shade. On the left side of the hotel, a 5-minute walk will take you to FuMin Station, exit C, near Ji Hotel. There are many restaurants and a local night market nearby, as well as a Starbucks and convenience store in the compound.
Room:
It got all you need. The room had a strong AC. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the smart toilet and separate shower and basin. Everything is controlled via a smart panel board. They upgraded my room for free, which had spacious space and a great city view of Shenzhen’s iconic building. The room included a free minibar with beer, tea equipment, a big LED screen TV, and a XiaoDu device for music and forecasts. Amenities included an iron and ironing board, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb, razor, cotton earbuds, a powerful hairdryer, comfortable bathrobe and slippers, clean towels and blanket, a recycled bag, shower cream, conditioner, shampoo, lotion, handwash, tissues box, water bottle and etc. The hotel also provides free laundry and dry service, a comfortable king-size bed and pillows, and bright rooms with good sunlight and lighting. My room is at Floor#18. Excellent soundproofing.
Shower:
The shower had strong water pressure and 24-hour hot water with quick heat-up.
Smart Toilet:
The smart toilet was excellent.
Extended Stay:
I extended my stay for another two nights. I love this hotel. Bar streets and a mall near Exhibition MRT Station are just one stop away from HuangGangCun Station. A Didi/taxi ride back to the hotel at night costs CNY 16-19 and takes about 10 minutes.
From hotel to FuTian High-Speed Train Station:
It’s only 9-12 minutes by MRT from this hotel, one way trip cost only CNY2/pax. Take MRT line 7 from HuangGang exit D, change to Line 3 at ShiXia to FuTian Station (3 stops), or take Line 4 from FuMin Station exit C directly to ShiMinZhongXin Station exit D (2 stops). I suggest downloading the Amap app for detailed routes in China.
Service:
The receptionist and housekeeping staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any issues at any time. They clean the room every day without reminders, refill amenities daily, and provide laundry service, including folding, within a day. They also offer breakfast for an additional fare.
Additional Services:
You can order food and shop online, and request the seller to send deliveries to this hotel by informing the front desk in advance. The staff will use a robot to deliver your parcel directly to your door.
If you have a local phone number, you can register as a member to receive better offers directly from the hotel.
I would definitely come back again.

SSmartcanuckExcellent à bien des égards avec un grand merci à Joyce Bao et Kayle (alias Xiao Bao et Xiao Li 小包 小李) qui nous ont aidés avec nos bagages et nous ont fait partir.
En plus d'être très propres et bien situés, voici quelques autres zones qui ont été bien aménagées :
1. Petit-déjeuner à emporter disponible
2. Le concierge a recherché de manière proactive du personnel supplémentaire afin que nous puissions nous enregistrer rapidement
3. Bonnes infrastructures telles que : une bonne plomberie (pas d'odeurs bizarres), des robinets, des éviers et des toilettes de marque (casher, etc.)
4. Le cours de Pilates de Kelly était professionnel
5. La piscine était chaude et le sauveteur a essayé de demander aux fumeurs de se déplacer sur les côtés (au lieu de les laisser continuer à se tremper).
6. La salle de sport était neuve, bien entretenue et la salle de bain du vestiaire avait de véritables doublures de siège de toilette en papier qui fonctionnaient et des sacs pour les maillots de bain mouillés. Les sèche-cheveux étaient neufs.
7. La chambre avait de grandes fenêtres, des ports de chargement au chevet, un peignoir et des pantoufles épais, moelleux et de bonne qualité. Le papier toilette était épais à 2 épaisseurs avec de bonnes perforations. Shampoing au savon Borghèse, etc. et mini rince-bouche fournis
8. Le petit-déjeuner comprenait de bonnes omelettes et les pâtisseries et les croissants étaient bien préparés et beurrés. Ils avaient même des glaces. Jus de concombre, céleri et carotte fraîchement pressés préparés sur place avec un presse-agrumes. Quand j’ai demandé pourquoi ils n’avaient plus de pommes de terre rissolées, ils ont examiné la question.

XXingshuashuaQuand je suis arrivé à Shenzhen, j'ai spécialement choisi Dameisha et trouvé InterContinental. De façon inattendue, avant mon arrivée, un commissaire me contactait. En raison du problème de réservation d'un véhicule, j'ai contacté Cassie, qui a soigneusement réservé un véhicule pour moi à Dameisha et m'a arrangé une belle chambre. Si vous avez des questions, vous pouvez le trouver, et il vous répondra et les résoudra immédiatement. Ceux-ci ont ajouté beaucoup de surprises à mon humeur de vacances. Les chambres intercontinentales sont grandes et bien équipées. De plus, il y a de nombreuses activités dans l'hôtel, notamment la plage privée, qui est vraiment très privée pendant la saison bondée du 1er mai. JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

LLung YiHotel très décent avec de merveilleuses nourriture, installations et service. Prix très abordable par rapport aux autres lieux de l'hôtel Four Seasons. Recommandez en particulier Matsuyi (restaurant japonais) situé sur 6/F de l'hôtel pour le déjeuner ou le dîner.

IInvitéLa chambre était globalement propre et tous les éléments devant être ajoutés ou empruntés étaient livrés dans la chambre en temps opportun. L'attitude de service de tout le personnel est très bonne, en particulier les deux employés de la réception et du restaurant. Je suis allé prendre le petit-déjeuner après l'heure du petit-déjeuner et le personnel a immédiatement apporté plus de repas. L'expérience globale de ce séjour a été bonne.

SSoniaLiLes escaliers de l'hôtel mènent directement au métro, ce qui est particulièrement pratique ! Les pièces sont également très grandes, et le business room dispose d'un salon particulièrement grand et d'une petite cuisine ! Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur, vous ne serez donc pas bruyant du tout. Le réceptionniste à la réception était également très accueillant. L'emplacement est juste à côté du marché de Dongmen. Vous pouvez faire du shopping dans la vieille rue de Dongmen quand vous avez le temps. Il y a aussi de nombreux plats délicieux et de nombreuses options de plats à emporter ! C'est un bel hôtel et l'expérience de séjour est géniale

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
