L'environnement de l'hôtel, situé dans un cadre pittoresque, est vraiment agréable. J'étais en voyage d'affaires avec mes collègues et je comptais rester une nuit de plus, mais le travail s'est terminé plus tôt que prévu. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois si j'en ai l'occasion. La chambre est propre et bien rangée, Penny, à la réception, a offert un excellent service et le petit-déjeuner était copieux. L'hôtel que nous avons réservé cette fois-ci est plutôt bien.

À l'enregistrement, il y avait un mouchoir usagé sous le lit. Nous avons demandé un fer et une planche à repasser, et il nous a fallu deux heures pour arriver dans notre chambre. L'isolation phonique est assez mauvaise pendant le sommeil. Le seul avantage de l'hôtel est qu'il est en face du métro.

Clean room but terrible service. I called the receptionist to see if they have laundry service available but she said no, I need to look myself. I then asked if she could point me to a dry cleaner and she says no, I need to look myself. Later I found that the hotel does indeed have dry clean service and it was available in the room. The receptionist did not like foreigners. The vending machines are also not functional, but you can walk to a convenience store. The air conditioner is very strong. It is also right above a train station, so that is convenient, but not too much to do at night within walking distance.

Decor was nice, it was clean, good location next to the MTR. ventilation was only in Chinese, hard to use, and very poor. the shower and toilet is in separate cubicles, with no privacy for changing. I left an item in the room and only realized hours after checking out that day. the cleaner lady picked it up, but the hotel did not call to inform me. They just left the item there - it was lucky that I did not already leave Shenzhen or else it would've been hard to get it back. the service was average.

The window is too small. Plus, there is no refrigerator, which affects a lot in daily life.

Excellent value for money. Newly renovated. Subway station in front of the hotel. Room is bit small, so better for singles than families.

這次入住真的超驚喜!從前台Eric和Milo熱情接待開始,全程都被妥帖照顧。不僅快速辦理入住,還貼心推薦周邊景點和美食。尤其是Milo小姐姐看到我們有帶小孩來,主動為我們準備小童牙刷和小童拖鞋。房間乾淨整潔,床品柔軟舒適。交通也特別方便,一出酒店大門就是地鐵一號線,去歡樂谷和世界之窗都非常近,錦綉中華衹要過個天橋就到了!這次旅行幸福感爆棚,必須五星好評!!!
