Je suis venu ici hier et j'ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel était très accueillant dès notre arrivée ! Ils nous ont même proposé une chambre plus grande ! La chambre était merveilleuse ! Nous avons très bien dormi et paisiblement ! Les installations, la propreté, l'environnement et le service étaient tout à fait conformes aux photos ! Les transports sont particulièrement pratiques ! Le métro est à deux pas et le lendemain matin, j'étais au cœur du parc Zhongshan ! C'était une expérience formidable ! Je retournerai sans hésiter au Jincui Hotel lors de mon prochain séjour à Shenzhen !

I had an amazing stay at 金翠酒店! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We really love this hotel. Been to Shenzhen several times but this is one of the best hotel for the price, cleaniness and breakfast quality. The location is really strategic and we love going to 南头古镇。

Stayed here for 2 nights. Travel from Hong Kong (Tin Shui Wai Station) was smooth—took bus B2P, crossed the Shenzhen Bay border, then metro straight to the hotel, only 1 hour total. The hotel is right above 中山公园站 Line12 Exit C, super convenient! The surrounding area has a peaceful atmosphere, and I especially enjoyed my morning jog at Zhongshan Park—so refreshing with birds singing every morning.
The hotel is new and well-equipped with AI XiaoDo (you can even ask it to adjust the room temperature!). Loved the heated toilet seat with bidet spray, plus clean towels and bedsheets. It’s also within walking distance to Nantou Ancient City.
Got my room for under 400/night—great value! Will definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at the Golden Jade Hotel near Nanshan Zhongshan Station and had a mostly positive experience.
Room Quality: The rooms are very clean and new, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The modern amenities, including an excellent ToTo toilet that reminded me of Japan, added to the overall comfort.
Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the station. This makes it easy to get around and explore the area.
Unique Features: One of the standout features of the hotel is the robot delivery service. It's a fun and efficient way to receive items directly to your room. Additionally, the bathroom features automatic electric glass, which can be amusing to try. However, it's worth noting that not everyone might appreciate it. When one person is taking a shower, the bathroom light is very bright and can disturb the other person in the room. The sound of the shower water hitting the glass can also be quite loud.
Air Conditioning Issue: The only downside I encountered was the air conditioning. It would automatically turn off every morning between 8 to 9 am. Despite my efforts to turn it back on, it would shut off again after a while. I asked the staff about this issue, but they were unsure of the cause. They mentioned a possible timer, but I couldn't find any way to set or disable it.
Overall Experience: Despite the air conditioning issue and the quirks of the bathroom glass, my stay at Golden Jade Hotel was enjoyable. The cleanliness, modern amenities, and convenient location make it a great choice for travelers. However, it would be helpful if the hotel could address the air conditioning problem and consider adding a few more hook for hanging towels for guests.

The hotel is a very new building and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Ms Wang is specially accommodating and she made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. She understood our needs to modify our breakfast needs.
The hotel could not be better situated, right next to Zhongshan Park and Zhongshan Metro Station, both within less than 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel is very peaceful and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Zhongshan area.
