位置還不錯，要行約5-10分鐘到，酒店不是太大，只有五樓一層，環境很靚又香，一入房裡，環境不是太大，可以接受的，衛生還可以，算是乾淨。最喜歡的是馬桶🚽，是自動的，一進入馬桶會自動開的，又會自動沖走便便，太棒了！！😊😊接待客人的服務員很好，工人阿姨不小心把我們自己買的牙刷丟了，服務員多拿牙刷給我們的用。😊👍

酒店位置還行，不難找。房間裝修看着挺新的，不過打掃得不太乾淨，地上櫃邊、床邊都有灰塵。床單被套倒是換新的了，廁所用的是智能馬桶。但廁所裏小飛蟲很多，衞生不太好。價格在深圳算便宜的，不過結合衞生情況來看，性價比也就一般般，整體體驗有好的地方也有不足。

入住當晚，進入洗手間發現並沒有清潔垃圾桶。企缸，仍然有上一首顧客留下的洗髮露護膚品，很明顯沒有打掃清潔。房間書櫃有明顯塵埃，相信整個房間也沒有清潔。浴缸對着的玻璃是雙面玻璃，個人懷疑會有被窺探私隱的情況因為本人明顯對着玻璃影相手指與玻璃之間並無空隙證明是雙面玻璃。其後因為房間沒有清潔員故向客戶服務反映，當時的**事叫了另一名**事解釋。其後同事說明了或許只是上一手的顧客留下來的東西沒有處理罷了。若果客人留下的東西沒有處理那麼能否解釋成為並沒有清潔房間？最後他只是草草擦了廁所板，然後俾了一個浴缸套給我使用。整體感覺很不舒服。如果能夠給負分 我會給負10分。很重要一點還有浴缸的那扶手是斷掉的，我跟前台說，他說不會找我來負責任，可是並不是我弄壞的。本人不建議其他住客入住。 整體感覺很差劣，若不是工作原故很晚才訂酒店一定不會入住這間。

真無語 酒店浴巾有蟲子和前台講了 就好像沒聽到。昨天一晚上沒睡 隔音太差 因為隔壁打呼嚕太響了 後來説給我換房間 給我延遲到4:00退房 我説東西太多了 就這樣吧 我想着應該不會打了吧 結果還是一直打呼嚕 到早上7:00多 後來我又找前台説我説還是換了房間吧 實在睡不好 酒店不理我 ………下午12:00就來催我退房 我説4:00才退房 然後2:00也來催 3；00多也來催我真無語了 説的話是***嗎 一晚上沒睡 不是被呼嚕吵 就是被你們催着離開退房？ 什麼*酒店？ 給我延遲退房？一直來催我 以下是和酒店的聊天記錄以及呼嚕視頻和照片

一棟外形舊的公寓
它位置十分好,,三四分鐘就到達
前台只有一個男青年人,沒有主動接待客人的態度
,,房間衛生非常整潔,還是智能廁所,用品都齊全
,,我訂2間房,,但安排的房間尺寸不相同
,,一間非常小放小喼都勉強, 另一間還可放小喼
,,隔音非常差,我的房間就在前台斜對附近,,
早上8時左右已被他們傾計嘈醒
退房時前台又是晚上的年青人,,收了房卡後,和他說拜拜,他只垂低頭沒有回應☹️
