Jovana, from the hotel, was considerate from check-in to check-out; the room was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos; it was well-decorated, the facilities were brand-new, the cleanliness was spotless and odor-free, and the management was excellent; guests who were not staying at the hotel were not allowed to enter the upper floors of the building, and some takeout orders were delivered by hotel robots, which made me feel quite at ease; I really liked it.

Miss Jovana 黃永怡 of front desk is excellent and very helpful to me (Mr Lim) and my wife (Miss Tam). We stayed one night on 2 July 2025. We like the modern style and cleanliness of the hotel. All staff are nice with big smiles including Miss Amber and many others. We hope to return soon.
