This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is relatively small, but it was more than enough for me. It was relatively clean. It does look pretty much like it was shown in the pictures. There were some problems: when I wanted to take a shower, the wasn't enough hot water. The water wasn't too cold, so I could take a shower, bit it was not hot as I'd like. This happened only once. It's probably just a random malfunction. Then there was a hair on the bed (I'd assume the cleaning lady's), but the room was generally cleaned, the sheets were changed, the towels were clean and generally the room seemed clean enough (not the 5-star experience, but more than OK for the price). Checking in and out were smooth and fast. Overall, I'd really recommend this place. The location is great, the area is urban and it is an overall very good experience! Go for it!

Hotel was good as always cooperative staff and clean rooms.

Good location, good service. They help me to keep my luggage for a while safe and sound. But in the room there was some smell I noticed after I checked in. After a while I guess I got used to it. It’s ok to sleep if you’re gonna spend whole day in the market exploring. But not for too long time

It is very close to a subway station with the line 1 from the luohu checkpoint to Hong Kong. The room was clean and got cleaned every day. It was a good time. One bad thing that the window was not able to close fully.

Worst staff in reception i went there and showed the booking hotel name, he sent me different route i walk and searching and roaming for hour and came back to same place he gave me key

The staff here were nice, though they could have been a bit more punctual cleaning the rooms. The rooms themselves are nice, though a bit small since they’re in the central city. Location is the best feature here. Very central along Shennan Road. Would stay again.

Good and clean place

You get what you pay for, if not a little less. No WiFi, blinking lights, dirty walls, dirty floor, bathroom sink clogged with cigarette butts, 20 minutes to check in, including the security guard going to find the owner to take my information. Wouldn’t do it again. Would actively deter people from booking unless they’re absolutely desperate.

Poor service

I was here on a business trip. I arrived at this hotel and everywhere seems so quite around 1:00am, checking in was quite easy provided you have the following documents as a foreigner; passport, nucleic acid test report, valid for 48 hours, vaccine booklet - not really required! Problems at this hotel that I encountered and didn’t make me enjoy my stay! 1. Poor insulation 2. Babies crying 3. Other guest walking to their room 4. Door bell, elevator dings going on every seconds to minutes 5. Noise of boxes been moved and taped 6. Noise of footsteps from the upper floor I think the hotel can improve by doing better on the sound proof and insulation.

The person at the lobby was unfortunately useless for all the recommendations I needed. In this pandemic situation, I needed a Covid-19 test to travel back, she cannot spot one on a map, she gave me a written paper and told to ask a taxi... it was an hospital quite far and I didn’t follow her advice as there was many testing places closer. I also asked for a phone number to call the train station (all trains to the north on the Beijing line have been canceled). With a computer and two smartphones at her disposition, she was not able to get the number. She told me that if I can book the trains tickets I can go. I kindly remind her that it’s because my train tickets have been canceled that I am at this hotel. Again, I managed by myself. However the room was average, with such an amount of useless (amenities) stuff on the tiny desk that I cannot even drop my laptop and a paper sheet. Bathroom was nice, bed comfortable.

It is at the heart of Futian the capital of Shenzhen. It a little hard to find the entrance since it's at an alley on the side. The room is narrow and sp**** but it has all the amenities required and they worked well. It's a 10 minutes walk to two metro stations.
