C'est à côté de la ligne 11, ce qui n'est pas très utile à moins de se diriger vers l'est dans Futian. Besoin d'un didi ou d'un taxi pour tout le reste. La réception se trouve dans le hall du complexe avec 3 autres « réceptions » pour différentes entreprises.
Le tourne-disque dans la chambre ne fonctionnait malheureu*****t pas. La clé de la chambre a également dû être réinitialisée deux fois au cours de mon séjour de deux jours. Employés sympas et très sympathiques avec les étrangers.

The biggest problem was that the room smelled like smoke even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation right downstairs and convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything that one would expect in a hotel. The staff was friendly, although it was a bit confusing since the location is shared with some other hotels and serviced apartments: my food delivery driver had trouble figuring out that he was in the right place. Will probably try somewhere else next time because of the room smell. Otherwise it was pretty good.

Great for business, free laundry service and convenient all around. Taking the lift up and down does require quite a bit of time though, so plan for that

This was a unique hotel space! My room came with a record player and a variety of vinyls to play with it! The vinyl casings didn’t match the actual vinyls, but it was still nice to listen Thelonius Monk or Frank Sinatra while I was showering and getting ready for the day. The gym had ample equipment for me to get a good workout!

M Hotel is conveniently located near 深大南 metro station and various tech company headquarters like Tencent etc. It’s also well placed with the 南山 district of Shenzhen so going to other places around the area is pretty easy. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel and serviced apartment so they share the same check in lobby. My room was on the 20th floor and was comfortable and spacious, it was a nice surprise to see a record player in the room with a few different vinyls to try out. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is not really good, no facilities at all around the hotel, only business buildings. And the room is too dark even though we turned on all the lights in the room.
