I found check in very difficult as the only way to contact them is via a phone number and they do not speak english and unfortunately i dont speak chinese
I was allowed in early which was awesome
I booked the apartment so i could cook but there was not a single item in the kitchen .This was rectifed effeicently once i asked
Having the washing machine was great
My check in lady was constantly contacting me and often wanted to come into my unit for one reason or another which i found intrusive
She also messaged me a lot about things that were irrelavant to me but she also gave me helpful information when i asked but as it was in chinese and a lot of the sites didnt convert to english i could not use the information
The location for me was perfect

我原本是訂左3房的，但去到又話無3房要我們去另一棟，但房間個櫃入面竟然有條男裝底褲實在太噁心啦！同屋主聯絡佢話係個客留低，但我覺得屋主應該有責任執左佢，對今次的入住不是很滿意，同埋我覺得佢其實係沒有3房的，我最初是因為佢有3間房間而訂的，所以很失望。

風景還不錯，但是整個小區和房間都有一點點老舊衞生情況還可以，至少沒有蟑螂什麼的，然後店家服務態度很好，很熱情

必住民宿
2025年1月28日入住了這家民宿，位置絕佳，深圳灣一線風景；滿窗高樓林立大都市的風景，老闆用了很多小心思把窗前打掃的乾乾淨淨，圍爐煮茶時可看深圳夜景、亦可打卡拍美照。我們是帶父母出來旅行過年，長者家出門玩累了就在民宿裏看風景、看雲起日落；下樓就是商業街區，吃飯逛街購物都不耽誤；出行相當方便，我們步行過海德路就到了人才公園、深圳灣公園、紅樹林等等景區，漫步海邊吹吹海風看看對面的香港；老闆服務周到，在路上一直就有聯繫指引入住。完美的住宿體驗。

原本在大商場旁，但因有點少問題被通知要換房，只是路程遠了少少，不過只要有滴滴就不是問題。客服回覆快，電話聯絡後已能解决所有問題，無損玩樂心情。

很近海岸城，購物很方便
衛生正常，環境舒服
唯門口密碼鎖較麻煩，要找平台解決，
有次開門還要找業主叫開匙師傅來，等了45分鐘
家庭很適合租住，還有洗衣機可以洗衫👍🏻

以下情況全部有圖有視頻。大家自行避坑。
1.不按攜程訂單提供房型！訂三床房告我小屋不許用，衹能用兩屋兩床，見圖片。
2.有問題極難解決，耽誤時間！耽誤行程！極大佔用住客時間成本！入住就發現門鎖不上，説幾分鐘上門解決，我們行李全部上樓長者入住休息結果修4個多小時無法解決，最後壞鎖過夜，等着修鎖車沒法開走產生40塊的停車費自己解決！期間反覆未經允許進出，翻抽屜找鑰匙！要求換房衹能三床房給換兩床房，不退費！態度惡劣，告我説退單她配合，要投訴隨意！
3.小區停車極貴，10塊/小時，過夜200塊！如圖。基本用品提供不全，沒毛巾，陽台晾曬大量床單被罩等物，牙刷杯發黴等等。
差評據實送出。
