This was my first time staying in a Vienna hotel and honestly, I wasn't very impressed.
I checked in late at night after a several delayed trains and despite being offered a free upgrade through the trip.com app, hotel staff still insisted I pay the difference between the two rooms. I ended up refusing the upgrade, and stayed in a bizarre room with no windows - very dark and disorientating at times, but at least it was quiet.
Overall, the room was a good size and fairly clean and the amenities were good, if outdated. The location was close enough to Shenzhen North and downtown Longhua that a taxi is fast and relatively inexpensive.

位置很好，去小吃街很近購物廣場也很方便。酒店有專用停車位，而且還有專人指揮停車，自駕遊很方便。設施齊全，早餐豐盛，味道也不錯，性價比超高。最重要的是床很舒服，有利於休息好。前台服務很熱情貼心哦

房間還可以，乾淨整潔，就是前台安排時我要求比較安靜的，卻將我們安排在1001號房，窗口後面有條樓下排煙氣管道，隆隆的聲吵得我們無法入睡，還好當班美女經理給我們換了房間，服務也不錯！

酒店大堂很敞亮，大堂還有自助茶飲，咖啡等服務，房間設施齊全，衞生也不錯，酒店前台服務態度很熱情周到，周圍接單很多小吃比較方便，各方面都很棒[玫瑰]

這邊酒店前台工作服務人員服務態度很好很熱情，還幫我免費升級了房型體驗，房間挺好的，前台的工作人員，服務態度很好，阿姨，衞生搞得挺乾淨的。早餐也豐盛。酒店這邊二樓還有免費洗烘機，本來酒店説可以幫忙送洗，因為衣服有點多就不好意思自己下來洗了，推薦！！！

發現了一家寶藏酒店，整體很不錯沒有讓人失望，而且非常驚喜，周邊配套很齊全!附近就是美食一條街，小吃湘菜粵菜都有，離深圳北站也非常近，商圈也豐富!吃喝玩樂都不用愁!房間空間還是很大的，衞生乾淨整潔，床品舒適很乾凈，設施齊全，滿足了我所有的需求!下次會再來的!很滿意，值得推薦這家酒店進電梯刷房卡很有安全感，房間佈置的合理，乾淨、整潔，電視很清晰，床上用品超級舒服，自助洗衣也很方便，烘乾就可以直接穿。交通也很便利，出門幾步路就是公交車站，非常推薦的這家酒店。

酒店外觀設計的很符合維也納歐美風，大堂裝潢很温馨，給人一種很舒服的感覺， 房間衞生乾淨整潔，整體非常不錯，位置交通非常便利，步行十五分鐘到了壹方天地，吃喝玩樂應有盡有，外賣是可以用機器人送到房間的哦。早餐品種也非常豐富，味道也一級棒。入住的時候會温馨提示早餐在二樓以及用餐的時間， 真的真的非常周到。

酒店位於深圳北站附近，打車15分鐘左右，酒店有免費的停車位，停車方便，周邊有小吃街及壹城中心購物廣場，很方便，酒店大堂很大氣，前台服務員很專業，辦理入住的速度很快，房間很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，種類很多，性價比很高，值得入手！

必須五星好評！服務人員態度好好喲！房間裏面配備了六個衣架，我想另外多要幾個，很快就給我送上來了，非常棒。房間裏面還有花茶和紅茶，連平時不怎麼用浴帽都配備，非常貼心。床很舒服，非常喜歡🥰
