Transport pratique, conception de chambre avancée et installations de jeu, mais malheureu*****t, nous n'avons pas le temps d'en faire l'expérience. Toilettes intelligentes, faciles à utiliser. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de petit-déjeuner, mais le goût est bon !

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Luohu. Upon arrival, the enthusiastic staff welcomed me and quickly handled the check-in process. The room was spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of flavors to choose from. Additionally, the hotel receptionist provided friendly and helpful service, going above and beyond to assist me as a first-time visitor to Shenzhen by recommending nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Throughout the entire stay, the hotel's service was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. Just a 4-minute walk from the hotel to The Mixc (万象城), its location is very convenient. The rooms are impressively clean and boast a modern aesthetic, thanks to a recent renovation.

It was great experience staying in this hotel, the room is spacious and the room amenities are good. Great interior design, simple but caring. Just 1 point to improve is the lamp next to the mirror, always turning off in short period of time automatically, very difficult to control it. But it is very minor. Overall very good, will stay again next time.
