I've stayed here before, mostly when it was owned by two other establishments. Staff is alw professional, service is alw 5 star. The menu is much better than it was last year, with diverse Chinese and western options; but not cheap.
This time, upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The master suite has a tub, the other bath has a shower. Lovely. But there are a few things that were not supreme. The actual address goes to the residential side, not the short term rental side. The living room wall was not clean, there was trash in the trash cans. No slippers, but still robes.
I like the area and the people so I will still stay here again. Honestly, if I had let them know about the not supreme issues; I feel confident that they would have fixed it. But I was too tired and that is someone else's job.

It wasn't bad. The location was close to the sea world, so it was good to meet my friends.

Great place for a family! The room is spacious and well maintained. It’s a serviced apartment so the room comes with pots, pans, cutlery, and all that you need including the washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights in room 5203 after returning our apartment as we are relocating elsewhere, and the staff made sure we’re taken care of. I can’t praise the service team enough, from the front desk to the restaurant, as well as the cleaning team. They are excellent and very accommodating. What a great value for money for the service and comfort you receive.

The location was ideal, in that it was not far from major activities new SeaWorld. Amenities at the apartment was very good and appropriate. Cleaniliness inside bedside lamps were a little dirty, but otherwise the apartment was clean.

Wow, this hotel is so cool. It has a beautiful reception area and it has a gym restaurant and a pool.
The hotel rooms are nice and spacious. I wouldn't even call it a hotel. Because its more like serviced apartments rather than a hotel.
It is a little expensive price wise but the stay was worth every penny.
I am definitely coming back to stay there again

I recently stayed at the Ascot in Shenzhen Nanshan and was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.
The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The bed was particularly comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows that provided a great night's sleep.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, and the pool area provided a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.

Really close to the subway station and in an excellent location beside the excellent Sea World.
Hotel is modern and clean. Really good service from the staff.
View from the room is nice (see picture) and there is a good balcony and bathtub too.
Breakfast is decent with great bread and coffee as well as vegetables etc.

First, it shows the payment failed coz the reception gave me the wrong comment, I was visit the reception asking to pay via different card when doing check out. But reception refused and saying already paid. It s bad bad experience! Second, the front gate/door area doing development, giving a big challenge for us to walk in/out...
