La chambre est bien située, à distance de marche du monde marin, la chambre est raisonnablement agencée, les équipements sont assez complets, s'il y a un fer à repasser, c'est mieux. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le service frais ^_^ a besoin d'être amélioré. Le réseau ne peut pas se connecter, appeler pour consultation, dire qu'il redémarre le système, essayer une minute plus tard, essayer cinq minutes plus tard, et ne pas vérifier si c'est correct. Après une journée, il ne peut pas être utilisé. Continuez à appeler le lendemain. Enfin, il existe un mot de passe fiable. Après vérification, j'ai trouvé que le mot de passe était erroné. Mon nom de famille Zhang est devenu Jiang, le mot de passe est si négligent, la personne définie par le mot de passe est trop, le premier jour du serment a dit que la bonne personne devrait réfléchir à l'attitude de travail. Heureu*****t, le lendemain est résolu, comptez également les fruits comme excuses, mais l'expérience est très mauvaise. Le serveur du plat du petit déjeuner est un peu mauvais, le repas n'est pas fini, le plat est emporté, le yaourt en main tient toujours, demande besoin d'emporter, espère renforcer l'entraînement.

Très vieux!! Personnel sympa mais seulement ça. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles. Petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité. Besoin de faire un gros changement pour être un 5 étoiles, juste 4 !

Je suis désolé d'arriver si tard à la critique. J'ai apporté deux super gros bagages ce jour-là. Le personnel de l'hôtel Ace Du était très enthousiaste pour nous aider à le porter de haut en bas. Merci beaucoup. Au moment du départ, j'étais pressé d'aller à l'aéroport et tout à coup il a beaucoup plu. Le personnel de l'hôtel a aidé à porter les bagages sous la pluie. C'était vraiment réconfortant. Il y avait aussi un petit déjeuner spécial qui complimentait l'hôtel. Les nouilles étaient super?, dans l'attente du prochain séjour. Although we are very familiar with the Ascott, I was a super happy to have earned an upgrade! The two bedroom, two bath was everything. Private, clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen supplies, dishwasher, living/dining room, desk, wash/dry with a koi pond view off the balcony. I can't wait to host my family there.

The location was ideal, in that it was not far from major activities new SeaWorld. Amenities at the apartment was very good and appropriate. Cleaniliness inside bedside lamps were a little dirty, but otherwise the apartment was clean.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The service provided-from Tina and Wilson at the front desk, to the cleaners and bellman, to the restaurant-is top notch. Each time I visit the food at the buffet is getting better and better, and it was already excellent! The dinner and breakfast buffets are incredible, with something to satisfy every taste. The apartment (with my upgrade!) has everything one needs to have a relaxing, clean, lovely stay, and the proximity to all the Sea World attractions is fantastic. This is definitely my upscale hotel of choice, and when I have business in Shenzhen it is in my top two places to stay. Simply the best!

Wow, this hotel is so cool. It has a beautiful reception area and it has a gym restaurant and a pool. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious. I wouldn't even call it a hotel. Because its more like serviced apartments rather than a hotel. It is a little expensive price wise but the stay was worth every penny. I am definitely coming back to stay there again

The service at these serviced apartments was phenomenal. We came with our 7 week old baby and the staff came and set up a lovely crib for her to sleep in. The apartment itself was really lovely and clean, and the location is perfect right by Sea World.

Good place to be away from the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen. Very convenient if traveling by ferry to/from Macau, HK, Zhuhai, etc.

Great service from Jany. I have lived here basically everytime I visit Shenzhen. And Jany has always been amazing and represents the Ascott brand very well. Jany has amazing custom service ! And all other staffs there !

Very nice hotel with small drawbacks like the dining hall hours and the confusion between two available lobby entrances. Walking distance from Sea World and the beautiful bath tub and quiet, comfy accommodations are the best.
