C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement, dont la propreté et le service ont été maintenus depuis qu'ils ont changé de nom. Les réceptionnistes Tina et Gina étaient formidables, amicales et professionnelles - elles ont contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable. J'apprécie également le petit-déjeuner, qui est principalement de style chinois, pour la fraîcheur des ingrédients et également pour le service du personnel.

Great place for a family! The room is spacious and well maintained. It’s a serviced apartment so the room comes with pots, pans, cutlery, and all that you need including the washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights in room 5203 after returning our apartment as we are relocating elsewhere, and the staff made sure we’re taken care of. I can’t praise the service team enough, from the front desk to the restaurant, as well as the cleaning team. They are excellent and very accommodating. What a great value for money for the service and comfort you receive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff Tina and Arina were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in smooth and provided great recommendations for local spots. Their warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic visit. In addition, aspecial shoutout to the housekeeping ladies, who kept my room spotless and were always so polite and attentive. Their attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Although we are very familiar with the Ascott, I was a super happy to have earned an upgrade! The two bedroom, two bath was everything. Private, clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen supplies, dishwasher, living/dining room, desk, wash/dry with a koi pond view off the balcony. I can't wait to host my family there.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful apartment, very clean and well maintained.

The location was ideal, in that it was not far from major activities new SeaWorld. Amenities at the apartment was very good and appropriate. Cleaniliness inside bedside lamps were a little dirty, but otherwise the apartment was clean.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The service provided-from Tina and Wilson at the front desk, to the cleaners and bellman, to the restaurant-is top notch. Each time I visit the food at the buffet is getting better and better, and it was already excellent! The dinner and breakfast buffets are incredible, with something to satisfy every taste. The apartment (with my upgrade!) has everything one needs to have a relaxing, clean, lovely stay, and the proximity to all the Sea World attractions is fantastic. This is definitely my upscale hotel of choice, and when I have business in Shenzhen it is in my top two places to stay. Simply the best!

Wow, this hotel is so cool. It has a beautiful reception area and it has a gym restaurant and a pool. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious. I wouldn't even call it a hotel. Because its more like serviced apartments rather than a hotel. It is a little expensive price wise but the stay was worth every penny. I am definitely coming back to stay there again

The service at these serviced apartments was phenomenal. We came with our 7 week old baby and the staff came and set up a lovely crib for her to sleep in. The apartment itself was really lovely and clean, and the location is perfect right by Sea World.
