A regular stop for me in Shenzhen. No issues with cleanliness, comfort or service. Close to Chegongmiao, a major MTR hub to the rest of Shenzhen.

Very comfortable Hotel I would definitely come back. Room is very spacious and it is close to the train station and it is price very well.

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and check-in was quick. Breakfast was good but the dining area can get a bit crowded. Wi-Fi could be faster, but overall a very good stay.

Clean and superb location right next to the metro in the city centre. Room was large enough to stay in comfortably. The only downside is that the room smelled of smoke at times but no other complaints. Recommended.

Best hotel I have been so far for the price ! Staff are super helpful, the rooms cleaned and the location is perfect and have a metro station ate the door ! I recommend it !

I stayed at Hotel Z with my sister for 2 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, with the nearest metro station just 100 meters away, and the International Financial Center, Civic Center, and Coco Park Mall are also nearby. The room was very clean and spacious, and it had all the necessary amenities. At first, we had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi because it required a Chinese phone number, and since we had international numbers, we couldn't connect. However, the staff at the reception were very helpful and assisted us in connecting to the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was quite weak during our stay. The area around the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, which we really appreciated. Most of the main attractions in Shenzhen are about a 20-minute taxi ride away. If we visit Shenzhen again, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying near Shenzhen downtown and convenient metro line.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, good shower, and quiet. Room cleaned and made up each day. Using the laundry was tricky because app is required to pay but staff were very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast.

Nice and clean. Very very close to metro, just 30 meters walk from the station. Fair price with laundry room and function room. The welcome drink is a craft coffee prepared by the coffee shop, it tastes good.
