Le personnel nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et très attentionné. Nous n'avions presque aucune idée du chemin du retour et ils nous ont aidés en réservant un taxi pour rejoindre le quartier en toute sécurité. Ils étaient très sympathiques et nous ont permis de nous déplacer facilement en ville. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, car je me sens bien et le personnel est accueillant. Merci à tous ceux qui nous ont aidés, Hampton by Hilton.

Pas de commodités à proximité, comme des restaurants. Heureusement, il y a un bon café qui sert une cuisine locale de qualité et les serveurs sont sympathiques, attentionnés et serviables. Un service de laverie en libre-service est disponible. L'hôtel indique dans sa publicité que les cartes Visa et Mastercard sont acceptées, mais à l'arrivée, seuls AliPay ou les espèces sont autorisés. Les paiements par carte de voyage internationale ne sont pas possibles. La présence d'une prise électrique britannique dans la chambre est un atout, même si elle n'est disponible qu'une seule fois.

L'hôtel est superbe, avec des installations modernes et un excellent service. Diana, en particulier, est très enthousiaste, et le personnel d'entretien est très attentionné et livre les articles rapidement. C'était un excellent séjour et je reviendrai sans hésiter. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We got a good deal via trip.com. The hotel had all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast had lots of options like western as well as Chinese food. The staff was quite friendly and the hotel rooms and overall the hotel was spotlessly clean. However it was quite far from Shenzhen centre that we weren’t aware but because we were only for two days so we did not have any problems.
