Hébergements Hyatt Regency à Shenzhen

Stayed multiple times this year but they didnt give me the feel of a warm welcome this time. We booked 2 rooms but they didnt give us an interconnecting room. We realized our room was an interconnecting one but was to another guest room. Checkout was fuss free using the express card drop off. Breakfast could offer more protein options for health concious guest. It was loaded with mainly carbs and eggs

The hotel was in a very convenient spot located right next to a nice shopping centre. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, only thing we want to bring to attention is, we booked a non-smoking room, they gave us a room on the 50th floor and when we entered the room, a very strong cigarette smell was present in the room. We spoke to the staff and they were able to give us another room. But this experience gave us a bit of a shock and we started noticing many areas of the hotel had cigarette smoke smells throughout the common areas, even though there were signs everywhere saying ”no smoking”. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the gym facilities, since it's an actual gym with laying customers and hotel guests can use during our stay is a huge bonus!
