IInvitéReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

抵達酒店時，已是傍晚時分。前台小姐姐熱情周到，很快為我們辦理好了入住手續。走進房間，映入眼簾的是一幅温馨的畫面：桌子上擺放着“生日快樂”的字樣，還擺放着精緻的點心和新鮮的水果，還有一張手寫的生日賀卡，字裡行間充滿了温暖和祝福。非常感謝客房小姐姐的祝福。
我驚喜萬分，連忙詢問男朋友是不是他提前安排的。他笑着搖搖頭，説這是酒店的驚喜。原來，在辦理入住時，前台小姐姐細心地發現我的身份證上顯示今天是我的生日，便悄悄為我準備了這份驚喜。
這份意料之外的生日禮物，讓我感受到了酒店對客人的用心和關懷。不僅僅是房間的佈置，更體現在細節之處。
他們酒店的配合度真的很高，住過這麼多家酒店，他們的響應速度很快，對客人的關心和關愛，細緻很到位。
離開酒店時，前台小姐姐熱情地和我們道別，並歡迎我們下次再來。我由衷地感謝酒店為我準備的生日驚喜，也感謝所有工作人員的細心服務。這次石家莊之旅，不僅讓我度過了一個難忘的生日，更讓我感受到了這座城市的温暖和熱情。

IInvitéService: petit déjeuner! Principal! Très propre, riche et délicieux, personnel enthousiaste, la sœur de la face craint de ne pas manger de ne pas me donner les deux faces, rire, il faut beaucoup de fois, la sœur ne s'ennuie pas, elle me dit aussi qu'il y a des plats justes à côté de lui qui peuvent être choisis, il y a aussi, ne mange pas de pauvres pains, Assieds-toi un peu plus de gâteaux de yoghurt.
Environnement: Ouais, pas beaucoup de personnes semblent propres dans l'ensemble de la salle. Ils hésitent à réserver le matin, il n'y a pas de chambre, ils vivent dans la chambre à l'angle frontal, le soleil tire directement le salle de bains le matin, il n'y a pas de lumière très confortable.
Santé: la chambre est toujours propre
Installations: Le petit frère a également rappelé que l'eau de la chambre n'était pas suffisante pour appeler le petit frère demain matin

SShaniceCThis hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it.
The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout.
The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

LLouis IdehenI had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in the beautiful city of Shijiazhuang for three nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service throughout my stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and luxury. But what truly made my stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, and eager to help.
A special thanks to Vivian, the staff member who attended to me during my stay. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression.
I highly recommend Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect blend of elegance and genuine hospitality.

AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

NNicDOverall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.
