We recently stayed at Hotel Heiga and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean & comfortable rooms and the food was really delicious also the quantity they provide is too huge. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially from Lavanya Hajong, who was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive at the Reception. Overall, the dedication and professionalism of the hotel team made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.

It was nice, the food was good and the service was nice and welcoming. Ambience was way better than last year or the last time i visited perhaps, this was a pleasant experience overall. Visited during june and it was nice, our servers were ka and gedeon

The quality of the Food is good, but the serving times takes a lot ,especially if you are hungry you would have an upset stomach . Longiingmon was a good server to us. The ambience of the room is warm and it is quite spacious to go out with a large group of people.

Me and my family have came here for the first time and we were very pleased with the food that was served to us not only the the service of Queency was very nice as she aws very polite. We had a really good time here and we would come here again

Lovely stay at Hotel Heiga, clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, large room sizes, very sweet and kind staff ...the location is close to central places, just walking distance from Laithumkra and Police bazar. I want to thank Long for always making sure I made it to breakfast and didn't go hungry :)

Courteous and all time smiling staff particularly Longingmon and Risa……..clean rooms………good food……nice music…comfortable and suitable for family……perfect location in the middle of the city……price is also reasonable.

Tip top, food, service etc, hats of to tusher pyntngen for such a good service and response, cleanliness good, spacious place, nice spot, just love Gobi Manchurian, quiet though to see in shillong menu though, reminds me of Bangalore, yummy

The service staff is extremely kind and accommodating! The rooms are comfortable and housekeeping is thorough with their job. The food service can be a bit slow during rush, but it is worth the wait. I will return to this place for my next visit! 10/10 recommend this place!
