« This place is close to the domestic airport but far from the international airport. it's inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. in the surrounding area there are some restaurants. The room is quite comfortable but it is cramped to open a large luggage. they provide free toiletries and there is all-you-can-drink. But There are 2 things that disappointed me 1. I made a mistake and made a room reservation for 1 person and made a telephone call if it could be change for 2 people. The male staff on the phone offered an upgrade and I had to pay 4600 yen. I agreed and said I would arrive at the hotel within 2 hours. But when we arrived at the hotel. At front desk there were 2 female staff who didn't know at all about the reservation I made and the changes. The female staff recalculated and I had to pay 4800 yen. Their additional fee is 4400yen + 400yen (accommodation tax for 2 people). Which is different from the phone. When i ask why the additional fee different from the one called? the female staff said it was because there were two of us. But I already paid in full for 1 person and I should have paid as said on the phone. Since I'm too tired from the trip to the hotel and had early morning flight. I just let it be. 2. While resting, I heard a noise and it turned out the sound came from the AC in the room. Even though we didn't use it, the AC made noise all night. I was quite disturbed and lack of sleep for front office staff: it is better to speak slowly but clearly than fast but hard to understand. »

« Nice and clean hotel. Located right next to local airport and metro station. Free shuttle bus is available between local and international terminals. Place is quiet enough, no problems with noise. Wish there were a microwave oven and clothes dryer, or at least something to hang wet clothes on... Overall satisfied. »

« La position est qu'aucun magasin n'est disponible dans la région. Il y a un pont de marche à partir de l'aéroport, donc à environ 10 minutes à pied. La chambre est normale, mais c'est du type de serpent, même si vous entrez dans la chambre, il n'y a pas de place pour le serpent, donc je pense que le type de carte est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je suis très reconnaissant que vous soyez aussi dans le bus de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Récemment, l'hôtel à proximité de la station Bodo est coûteux, donc si vous voyagez ou volez, c'est un hôtel pratique. »

« L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de la gare de Dongduohui, ce qui est assez pratique pour entrer et sortir. Il est également très proche de Family Mart et Lawson. Ce n'est qu'à un arrêt de l'aéroport et de Hakata, mais c'est plus calme qu'Hakata. La chambre ressemble plus à une maison d'habitation, avec un grand espace, mais tout est équipé, y compris une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un lave-linge, une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, etc. L'hôtel dispose d'un enregistrement et d'un départ entièrement en libre-service, adaptés aux personnes souffrant d'anxiété sociale. La chambre était assez propre et il n'y avait aucun problème de santé comme mentionné dans d'autres critiques. Mais veuillez noter que l'hôtel ne propose pas de service de ménage quotidien ni d'autres services de service en chambre. »

There's a solid ramen restaurant nearby and a 24/7 convenience store within 2 stones' throw away. The shuttle bus service is dedicated, prompt and without hassle. The driver does his utmost to serve and assist with professionalism. Albeit his small stature, he does not back off from the bigger luggage pieces. He drives with a measured approach to ensure safety and it was indeed a pleasant journey. The service staff at the reception are able to communicate in basic English and their service mindset is commendable. Hotel Nexus H S does not appear to be striking in its appearance but it punches above its weight in quite a few areas. »
