[Home Layout] Three story townhouse [entry level/1st floor] -Bedroom #1: Queen bed. -Bathroom #1: Shower with a tub. -No split unit Air conditioning on this level. [Main floor/2nd floor] Will require stairs to get to the main level from the entry. -living room: One couch and smart TV only- no cable. -kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances, drip coffee pot and a dining table. -Bathroom #2: Half bathroom with toilet and sink. #1 Split unit air conditioner in the living room/kitchen area only. [3rd floor] Will require stairs to get to the 3rd floor from the main floor. Bedroom#2: King bed with a walk-in closet. #2 split unit air conditioner in this bedroom. Bathroom#3: attached inside master bedroom with shower and no tub. Bedroom #3: Queen bed. Hallway: Washer and dryer. Bathroom #4: Located in the hallway. Shower with a tub. [OTHERS] -Street parking available (first come first serve). One space garage available. - There are two split unit air conditioners on our property. One is in the living room/kitchen area and the second one is in the master bedroom. - This property is close to the freeway and it is very convenient for traveling to different areas to explore during your stay. Guest should expect to hear freeway noise if they are outside or if they leave any windows open. -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -All furniture, décor and paint may change due to maintenance with quality. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. - WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur. - Fireworks are not permitted on this property. This applies to 4th of July holiday and all other holidays/stays. Violations will result in a fine from local authorities and or property. * If any of the above occurs no refund will be given* [IMPORTANT TO NOTE] * CHECK IN & CHECK OUT * -The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins. -ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in. * QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm! *The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. Please read the policy's applying to parties and events* The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45. For stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to $35 per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to $25 per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to $15 per pet/ per night. Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
