D'une manière générale, c'est toujours possible, c'est une évaluation objective, j'espère que l'hôtel sera renforcé dans la gestion des détails. Il y a une soeur haute sur la réception, très bien, a toujours essayé de résoudre le problème, il vaut la peine de l'éloger 👍.
