Ordered the family room as I have 3 grown up children. Room is decent and most importantly it’s clean and well maintained. Location is not quite near the Main Street but a short drive by our driver. We played fireworks outside the hotel slightly outside the car park area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent buffet.

Les gens ne peuvent pas être comparés à l'hôtel. Les mines d'eau qui ont été bues par d'autres ont été nettoyées sous le lit. La télévision a accumulé de cire. Les chaussures et les toiles ne sont pas renouvelées tous les trois jours, pas de rembourrages supplémentaires tous les jours. Les chaussures sont réparées de façon aléatoire. Il faut aussi améliorer la santé. Environnement: il y a une certaine distance du centre du village arctique, il n'y a pas de boissons à base de nourriture dans les villages, il est difficile d'acheter des produits. Service : une bonne attitude.

硬件設施應該是漠河最好的酒店了，還有免費接機送機服務，前面是河，後面是林，景色很好，打的很方便，去哪都是5塊錢到位，本地人和外地人一個車價，特別實在。就是服務意識還有待提升，完全不會變通也不會通融的，1點退房，就算飛機晚兩小時走，也不會給延遲退房的，延遲退房要加錢，多要礦泉水要加錢。讓續房打掃，衹換浴巾，問為啥不整理床鋪、不拖地，就隨便鋪一下、拖一下，還要反駁幾句，更不要説擦桌面枱麪，補拖鞋和抽紙了。整體來説，衝著前面的優點，以後到漠河還是會住這個酒店，因為硬性條件好。

我們自駕從山東一路北上，必須給這個賓館點贊，七星廣場對面，老闆特別熱情，推薦的燉大鵝飯店也好吃，酒店乾淨早餐挺豐富，孩子喜歡蛋炒飯。孩子自己提前回酒店，房卡拿錯了。老闆給了孩子用備用電卡😄結果孩子不知道放哪裡了。也不知道老闆找到沒有。祝生意興隆，財源滾滾客似雲來
