Choix sur l'hôtel de l'ancienne ville La situation géographique est très confortable. Les attractions et restaurants de la ville antique sont très confortables. Après avoir commandé Trip.com, vous avez ajouté une micro-mail à la réception. J'ai envoyé beaucoup d'attaques à manger. C'est très utile pour notre première visite à Hong Kong. Merci beaucoup, mademoiselle. La position de Mlle Receptive après avoir été envoyée à Hangzhou. Il arrivera bientôt à la porte orientale de l'ancienne ville. L'hôtel a organisé très attentivement la voiture de remorque. C'est très gentil pour nous de remorquer nos bagages. Après avoir été au magasin, un petit frère sortit pour prendre ses bagages. On va bientôt y aller. On a dîné, on va dîner. La petite frère nous aide à monter nos bagages. Et il a fait un traitement sans fumée pour la chambre. La chambre est très satisfaisante. Le lendemain, il a eu une nouvelle nuit.

此次漳州之行，開元名都酒店給了我極好的開門體驗。定的是套房，房間寬敞明亮，各種服務設施都有，兩個衞生間讓廁所之爭不復存在～落地窗外是山水之景～美～早餐也很豐富，中西合璧，工作人員都很熱情，見面都是笑臉相迎～如果再來漳州，開元名都一定是我的不二之選～

L'environnement est super amoureux, que ce soit dans la chambre, dans la salle de séjour ou dans le jardin, même si les escaliers rotatifs sont formés de façon exagérée, chaque vue est un paysage. Le premier paysage de la mer vous permet de rester longtemps... de lits à la toilette, de costumes de bains, de costumes de bains sélectionnés et d'accueillir des arrangements spéciaux Ces fleurs et autres, en plus de me faire sentir chaud et plus visible pour le chef de l'hôtel, il est très utile. L'hygiène n'est pas perdue dans le service d'hôtel de sept étoiles, pas plus que dans l'intimité du poulet de chauve-souris, il est recommandé d'habiter.

Hotel is new and spacious. Service of their staff is excellent. We were greeted by a friendly and good hospitality from the Reception staff, Eddie Zeng. The riverview room is huge with an amazing day & night view of the river. Location is convenient to go to the ancient town, food , and other sightseeing sites. Upon checking out, the bell boy, Andy Song has been friendly and very helpful. Overall experience is fantastic. I will recommend this hotel.

J'ai séjourné dans quelques hôtels Crowne Plaza auparavant et j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait toujours des projets de construction de grande envergure à côté de l'hôtel. Priez pour que les clients ne soient pas affectés par le bruit des travaux de construction le matin. Cet hôtel est bien meublé mais il vieillit et le centre commercial le plus proche ou les petits restaurants sont TRÈS loin. . Un personnel de réception et des produits de toilette formidables.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

環境：就在景區內，去哪裡都很方便 但是樓下就是酒吧，一直吵到凌晨，千萬不要定沿街的房間 設施：缺少防蚊液，上半夜酒吧歌聲+蚊子聲音，下半夜就是酒吧歌聲，鬧到3點才結束，有可能入住那天是2-14日 衞生：挺乾淨 服務：一坨屎，在景區內出租車和共享單車不能進，穿着羽絨服拖着行李箱在古鎮裏找店家，我們從8℃的地方到20℃的漳州，穿的都還沒來得及換掉在景區裏揹着包拖着行李箱弄了一身汗，然後店招很小，沒注意就走過了，又找回去，前台辦好入住了，才加你微信告訴你可以接駁這一刻真的🔥。入住了才發現對面就是自己去年來住的酒店。人家服務就很好，定好房間就用企業微信告訴你打車位置哪裡下來離酒店最近，還給你發攻略怎麼吃喝玩漳州古鎮，入住了還有茶葉茶具和水果贈送，後來茶葉很好喝我找店家買了些茶葉回去。這次看中了這家酒店的陽台和房間大些，結果自己又定錯了房型，定了小房型，兩個箱子門口一放，房間門都沒法打開，第一天出來太影響心情了，晚上又是蚊子酒吧聲，第一晚就沒睡好。

Très confortable hôtel, un environnement superbe, vous pouvez faire de grands films à la main, vert plein de routes, marcher et être libre. Le projet de caractéristiques est très intime, les enfants jouent très heureux, ils mangent également très bien. Le service est très disponible, en particulier la première classe de la réception, et le petit frère de service de la station de pêche, etc., chaque serveur se rencontre avec le visage, il est très pratique de sortir et d'avoir l'occasion de revenir.

前段時間去漳州龍海市旅遊，入住了蘭歐國際酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，必須來給大家分享一下！ 一進酒店大堂，就能感受到那種大氣典雅的氛圍。辦理入住的時候，前台工作人員熱情周到，不僅快速幫我辦好手續，還詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，讓人心裏暖暖的。而且，他們還提前電話詢問我的喜好，甚至給我發了當地遊玩攻略，這服務真的太貼心了！ 房間的設施更是沒得説。床品柔軟舒適，晚上我睡得特別香。衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨整潔，洗漱用品的品質也很不錯。房間裏還有智能設備，用起來超方便。酒店的配套設施一應俱全，有免費的健身房，器材很新也很全，滿足了我每天鍛鍊的需求；自助洗衣房也幫了大忙，出門在外不用擔心換洗衣物的問題。 早餐種類豐富多樣，味道也超讚！餐廳的環境乾淨整潔，服務員會及時清理桌面，服務很到位。 這家酒店的位置也特別好，周邊出行、吃飯都很方便。酒店外面還有個超大的停車場，開車來的話完全不用擔心停車問題。 這次在鑽石蘭歐國際酒店的入住體驗真的太棒了！無論是酒店的設施，還是工作人員暖心的服務，都無可挑剔。下次來龍海市，我肯定還會選擇這裏 ！

We stayed there because of the hot springs facilities which is pumped from underground salty water. There are several pools with various temperature and a smaller cold pool. The restaurants behind the hotel serve nice local food which we enjoyed, The other set back are, the management doesn’t restricts smoking in public areas, room rates are expensive compared to other hotels in that areas and on top of it each guests must pay 68 dollars to use the hot springs facilities. The hot springs is crowded and is opened to non hotel guests too. Please bring your swimming costumes to use the hot springs as it’s a mixed bath, also swimming cap is a must if you want to swim. For swimming pool usage only you also have to pay 68.00 dollars each as it’s inside the hot springs facility.
