Avis : Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson

C'est la première fois que je suis aussi déçu du service d'un hôtel, et je ne m'attendais pas à ce que ce soit un hôtel dont tout le monde dit qu'il est très bon. Après tout, c'est très cher, donc ça vaut la peine de l'attendre avec impatience. Mais après cet incident, cet hôtel sera définitivement mis sur ma liste noire. Tout d’abord, je n’ai réalisé que le premier jour de l’enregistrement que cet hôtel était si grand qu’il fallait prendre un tramway pour accéder à sa chambre. Au début, je pensais que c'était nouveau, mais plus tard, j'ai réalisé que c'était pénible. En chemin vers la chambre, je me suis senti mal quand j'ai vu la couleur de la mer. Qui oserait nager dans une telle eau ? (Photos 1 et 2). Après être entrés dans la chambre, comme nous ne pouvions pas aller nager dans la mer, nous sommes allés à la piscine qui était fournie avec la chambre. Entrer dans la piscine nous a fait nous sentir encore plus mal. La piscine était si petite que nous ne pouvions atteindre le bord qu'en pataugeant un peu. Le plus dégoûtant était qu’un hôtel aussi cher avait une propreté aussi médiocre. Les carreaux près de la piscine étaient tous noirs (photos 3 et 4). Le joint en silicone de la piscine était même tombé, ce qui nous faisait nous sentir en danger (Photo 5). La première journée s'est déroulée dans cette mauvaise humeur. Le lendemain matin, je me suis réveillé de mauvaise humeur et j'ai appelé pour demander qu'un tramway vienne me chercher pour le petit-déjeuner. De façon inattendue, j'ai attendu plus de 20 minutes et il n'est toujours pas arrivé. Puis ils m'ont rappelé et m'ont dit qu'il y avait trop d'invités, donc le bus roulait lentement. Mais je pense qu'ils ont oublié de prendre les dispositions nécessaires après le premier appel. Nous sommes allés au restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner, mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que pour un hôtel aussi haut de gamme, il y ait des mouches qui volaient partout dans le restaurant, ce qui a sérieusement affecté notre appétit. L'hôtel avait un avis à l'entrée du restaurant indiquant qu'il y avait beaucoup de mouches parce qu'il était proche des montagnes, mais on avait l'impression qu'ils trompaient les gens. Il existe de nombreuses façons de contrôler les mouches, mais ils ne voulaient probablement pas dépenser de l’argent pour les contrôler. Après le petit-déjeuner, la chose la plus dégoûtante s'est produite. J'ai emmené mon enfant à l'aire de jeux aquatiques à côté de l'hôtel, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que quelque chose se passe mal lors du premier projet. Plus tard, j'ai découvert que l'employé qui l'utilisait était un novice (voir photos 6 et 7). Vous pouvez tous savoir que c’était assez grave. La main de l'enfant a été fracturée. Il a passé du temps à l'hôpital de 11 heures à 18 heures. Heureusement, la fracture n’était que petite. Le médecin a dit que ce n’était pas grave. Après tout ce qui s'est passé, aucun responsable de l'hôtel n'est venu à l'hôpital pendant toute une journée. Ils ont simplement envoyé des gens du terrain de jeu pour conduire à l'extérieur de l'hôpital pour attendre. De retour à l'hôtel, j'ai trouvé le responsable du hall de l'hôtel. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'autre partie rejette directement la responsabilité sur la compagnie d'assurance, en disant qu'avant de jouer, il y avait une signature pour confirmer que la compagnie d'assurance prendrait en charge les frais médicaux si quelque chose arrivait. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôtel, personne de l'hôtel n'est venu nous rendre visite ou s'est excusé auprès de nous. Un hôtel aussi haut de gamme devrait gagner nos faveurs grâce à son service. Ces deux jours m’ont donné un sentiment si mauvais et décevant. Je voudrais rappeler à tout le monde de ne pas penser que les choses chères apporteront de bonnes expériences.

Super endroit ! C'était notre première fois et c'est un complexe très bien équipé. Bel endroit, près de la plage et un bon petit-déjeuner !

Fully recommended for traveller that wanting a private and lay back moment. First time here and totally impressed with the service, place and everything that the resort have to offer. The room is huge and having 2 king size bed. Complimentary snack bar, daily housekeeping. And the bonus is the view. Especially during sunrise. Varities of food for breakfast. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Greet you wherever you're in the resort. Buggy service is always prompt and consistent if you're tired to walk. But recommended to walk ard the resort. Well done to Lexis Hisbiscus team! Will come back again.

The hotel’s location is spot on, and we had a blast at the pool and the beach. But, there’s a bit of a downside. The floor near the pool is covered in guano, and the water heater isn’t working as well as it should. We asked the maintenance team to fix it on the first day, but unfortunately, it happened again the next day.

The cleanliness of this hotel room is really horrible, there’s some bird feces and stains. Some amenetities like the hairdryer and remote doesn’t even work properly at times. Upside, the steam room and bathtub. Apart from that, not worth it.

About 30mins drive from the NSHW. Good unblocked view of the sea! Pillows were very comfortable. However the TV screen was surprisingly small given the distance from the beds.

We stay at the Private Pool, and able to get the view that facing the beach and small neighbourhoods of rooms. Some of the rooms are facing quite public area, so thankful for us. The rooms are spacious, and there are separate room, for toilets and showers that have floor mirror tile can see direct to sea. Mind you, not much fish swimming there. My kids really enjoyed the private pools, the beach quite small. We had the boats trips that allow for snorkelling, but mind you, during our visit, Port Dickson just have rainy night before. There are fire shows every Saturday. Hotels are quite private, if you want to visit PD’s other attractions, like Pusat Ikan Hiasan manage by Jabatan Ikan Negara, are quite nearby by car.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, the experience was outstanding. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need.

Worth the money we spent our stay here 👍🏼 The room is very big & obviously too comfortable for our small family 😍 FYI there were complimentary can drinks in the fridge & special cookies from Lexis ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And upon check in we got free gifts from them which were so warm hearted welcoming experience 😊🫰🏻 this was our 2nd visit, for sure this will be our annual staycations ♥️

All are great , service is good and kid friendly hotel.  The staffs are polite and friendly too.

The toilet is stuck, and water can't go down after repaired. also, it's still the same. The bulb beside the bed is spoilt, too. The morning breakfast has many varieties but tastes no good except the roti canal.

great time at Hibiscus. Check in/out were fast. Services were good @concierge, reception, restaurant. We were served by Suresh during breakfast. He is very services oriented and helpful… Thanks for the hospitality..😀

Amazing hotel with nice view and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. We will come again!
