L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste au centre de la zone piétonne, et son apparence propre et rénové vous donne la confiance de rester ici. De passage à Sibiu, cet hôtel très central (à 5 min à pied du centre ancien, et à moins de 30 min à pied de la gare) est idéal pour partir à la découverte de la ville. Même s'il commence à avoir un peu de bouteille, les chambres sont très confortables, très propres, modernes et bien équipées. Le personnel est très pro, et le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est de bonne qualité. Rajoutez à cela, que le tarif étant ajusté, l'on obtient un excellent rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Great accommodation, beautiful room, very clean and especially very professional crew. I arrived on march 31st, my birthday and at the reception desk I've received a bottle of wine ”with compliments”... Very nice! The hotel is on the center of the city 5 minutes walk from the Brukenthal Museum and The City Hall. Very rich and tasty breakfast. We will be back for sure!

L'expérience est très bizarre. D'une part, le lieu semblait nouveau et moderne. D'autre part, nous avons eu des questions à contrôler, nous avons eu un autre ensemble de chambres avec le même taux et de quelque façon n'a pas annulé l'un sur réservation. Mais disons qu'il était réglé. La salle de bains était mauvaise et la douche avait des problèmes. La salle de bains a besoin de rénovation claire! Pourtant, la dame à la réception est venue sur moi dans la chambre et couru. Je criais parce que je me suis senti comme *** et j'ai été dans la salle parce que je suppose que ma porte n'était pas fermée si quelqu'un entrait. Et il n'y avait pas de service de chambre. En plus bizarre, chaque jour quitte la voiture, le récepteur nous a suivi pour nous vérifier ??? Je veux dire, ils ont le visa si nous devions partir. Juste vraiment hors expérience.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce grand hôtel avec un groupe de tours et il était bon, dites, 3.5 hôtel étoile. Il était bien situé, à seulement 1 km de la place principale et offrait une chambre confortable, un restaurant/sensation de petit déjeuner. La chambre a toutes les besoins d'un sèche-cheveux, d'un congélateur, de frigo et de Wi-Fi gratuit, bien que la douche ait peut-être été un peu plus forte. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a dîné une nuit, ce qui a entraîné une légère tristesse - et c'est le personnel qui a été difficile à trouver. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec une gamme de plats chauds et froids et donc satisfaisant. Passant une seule nuit là-bas, nous n'avions pas besoin d'utiliser n'importe quelle autre facilité qui aurait pu être disponible.

In fact, I had a reservation, but I refused to stay at the hotel due to the conditions and the rudeness of the staff (who were probably following the owner's instructions). The German-named hotel, a rip-off, was pretty much like the one I got with Johannis. You check in, go to your room, and find that it's very hot. You fiddle with the high-tech AC control system on a tablet embedded in the wall, only to discover that it's already set to the minimum temperature with the ventilation at maximum, yet it still displays 27 degrees in the room. You take off your shoes and sit by the ventilation grille, noticing a slight breeze (and I'm not exaggerating, just a slight breeze) that probably aims for 25-26 degrees. I've spent several years cumulatively in hotels, so I know their tricks. I open TripAdvisor and search for reviews, and of course, all the ones from the summer period complain about the lack of AC. I go down to the reception and ask the lady there if they have any rooms where the AC works and if they won't shuffle me from room to room as they did with other tourists who had written about this ”strategy,” probably devised by the rude owner. The lady assures me that she will solve my problem: two more rooms and luggage tours through the hotel, only to find out that it was exactly as I suspected: no room could provide a decent temperature. The lowest was 26 degrees with the AC running at maximum for 5 hours (in a colleague's room who had arrived earlier). I don't understand two things: How does a place like this get a 4-star rating? Probably the same way gas stations between buildings do. What kind of owner is so rude and stingy that they won't solve the problem and won't instruct their staff to try to fool the customer by shuffling them from room to room, even though they have reviews from 2022 pointing out the issue? PS: I mustn't forget two more aspects: brown wooden doors in a design with white and gray in the rooms; it's as if a blind person thought of the color combination. The parking lot might be enough for 10% of the rooms, and the reception lady encourages you to park at the nearby Mega Image supermarket where the parking spaces are marked as for the store's customers. When you ask if that's not a problem, you're told to put your car in a less noticeable spot in the back; otherwise, the store staff might notice and come to ”complain” about it. This is Romanian tourism (even with a German name) in the ”land of well-done things.”

Nous avons eu un grand séjour dans cet hôtel, qui était un peu surprenant en raison de son évaluation. Chambre confortable, lit super et salle de bains propre.
