Sala Siem Reap Hotel Location: The hotel is situated in a great location, on the road leading to Angkor Wat (65 minutes walk, 12 minutes Tuk Tuk) in one direction, and the city centre in the opposite direction around 20 minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road is the Angkor National Museum. There are Tuk Tuks parked outside if a walk in the heat isn't desired! You are however within walking distance of many other popular attractions, restaurants, and shop. Remarkably, despite being on the main road out to the temples, it was very quiet. The swimming pool was a welcome sight whenever we returned from the daily explorations! Staff: The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a great stay. I was particularly impressed to be greeted by name by almost all of them across my entire stay, a very nice touch. Overall Experience: I had a wonderful stay at the Sala Siem Reap Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Well placed, very reasonably priced, great staff that always made you feel welcome.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cet hôtel. La literie et les équipements sont propres et agréables. Il y a une école en face de l'hôtel, nous avons donc entendu la sonnerie et des travaux sont actuellement présent à côté de l'hôtel mais le bruit ne nous a pas trop trop dérangé. La piscine est très agréable et le petit déjeuner proposé aussi. L'hôtel a mis à notre disposition un petit-déjeuner même lorsque nous avions notre excursion à 4h du matin. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Le seul bemol est l'isolation des chambres et des fenêtres.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

Hostel parfait! Rien a redire sur l'infrastructure haut de gamme, un accueil chaleureux et un personnel attentionné. Les chambres et les sanitaires sont très confortables, spacieux et très propres. La literie de très bonnes qualités, le tout pour un prix plus qu'abordable. Très bien placé au centre, tout est accessible à pied. Un bar et une piscine sur le rooftop très classe avec une restauration. N'hésitez pas une seconde, amis voyageurs et autres Backpackers cet Hostel est le meilleur que j'ai pu faire de tous mes voyages! PS: comme nous devions prendre un bus de nuit, le personnel nous a mis à disposition la chambre pour profiter de tout jusqu'à 17h. Royal... merci beaucoup, on ne peut pas faire mieux 🙏🙏🙏

I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind

I have stayed this hotel 1 night, the location is perfectly near the Pubstreet just walk 2 minute and have many restaurant around. the hotel have rooftop swimming pool with nice decoration, big space and bar. the room is big and nice with modern designed come with big TV. the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights during February 2023. It is well located in Siem Reap town, close to the main restaurants, supermarkets and atractions of the city center. The hotel is clean and all the staff is composed by nice people. The pool area is great. We did not select the breakfast option. The room we stayed in was right next to the pool. One note is that the room door is made of glass (which can be locked of course), it is not a regular wooden door. Plus, theshower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom got a lot of water on the floor when we showered.

I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.
