FENÊTRE DONNANT SUR LE MUR DE BRIQUE!
Personnel très poli et attentionné, mais quand nous sommes entrés la fenêtre était ouverte et il y avait des moustiques dans la chambre, il y avait un cafard sous le lit, il n'y avait pas de rideau dans la douche, l'eau de la piscine était très chlorée, ce qui pique le yeux.
Prix au restaurant de l'hôtel sans taxes !

La chambre que nous avons eue était inondée d'eau des toilettes avec des déchets humains et de l'eau sale sortait de la baignoire et du sol de la chambre et personne ne se souciait de changer de chambre. Nous avons appelé trip.com et trip.com n'a rien fait pour compenser ou changer notre chambre, nous avons donc dû quitter l'hôtel le même soir car il discutait et ils ont pris notre argent avec des quartiers insalubres réservés via trip.com. Quelle honte et cupidité

L'emplacement est très bon, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de Pub Street. C'était confortable et je n'entendais pas les bruits forts de Pub Street. Le trajet en TUKTUK depuis le bus CDF de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel coûtait 1 $, et le trajet en TUKTUK jusqu'au CDF organisé par l'hôtel coûtait 2,50 $. Cela pourrait être cher car c'était tôt le matin. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel coûte 4,40 $ et je ne saurais trop le recommander. Ce n'était pas bon. J'ai remarqué que les draps étaient un peu jaunis.

Bon emplacement si vous voulez être dans un endroit central mais calme à quelques minutes à pied de la rue des pubs à 3 minutes à pied et du vieux marché. Belle chambre propre avec un personnel aimable et serviable.

L'emplacement et la chambre sont fabuleux par rapport au prix que nous avions réservé. belle piscine et bon prix pour les cocktails et la nourriture au restaurant.
Beaucoup de super petit restaurant sur la route près de l'hôtel aussi. Je reviendrais certainement.

Nice room, good location. Bed a little firm. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast looked basic so we ate out.

Unfortunately, while the location and service were excellent here, the amenities and cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. We found baby roaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was moldy and didn't drain, and the walls had weird stains on them. The bed was perfectly made and neat, though, and the sheets seemed clean. There is a pool here, but the views leave a bit to be desired, and while they used to have a pool side bar, it appears to be permanently closed. The front desk got us some towels and went out and grabbed some beers for us to enjoy by the pool, so that certainly made up for it, but it wasn't quite the vibe I was hoping for. The location is incredible, being just a block away from the entrance to Pub Street, a couple blocks from the river and all of the amazing river side food stalls, but far enough away from all that as to not be too loud at night. They also were able to set us up with some very nice electric peddle-assist bikes that we were able to take at 4:30 am so we could make it in time for the Angkor Wat sunrise.

The room I was given to was below my expectations as the TV and fridge weren’t working. Was hoping the fridge was working as the weather there was hot and keeping a few cold drinks would be nice. Nonetheless the staff and the service are great. Perhaps they could upgrade the doors to a card system than a key instead.
