Situé un peu à l'écart de la principale zone touristique, donc cela me convenait... beaucoup plus calme, moins de bruit de circulation, etc. Le personnel était très serviable et répondait à toutes mes questions... bien qu'il n'y ait pas de télévision dans ma chambre, ce qu'ils ont dit qu'ils répareraient, mais cela n'est jamais arrivé. En plus de cela, c'était un petit complexe idéal et j'y séjournerais certainement à nouveau !

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui voyagent au Cambodge. Non seulement l'emplacement est fantastique, à quatre minutes à pied de la rue des pubs qui comprend un entourage de restaurants incroyables et bon marché, mais le personnel est tout simplement incroyable. Ils sont si gentils et serviables. Il y a eu plusieurs fois au cours de notre voyage où nous avons rencontré des problèmes, l'un d'eux étant une personne de notre groupe, tombant malade, et ils ont fourni une navette vers l'hôpital, pour nous aider lorsque notre vol a été annulé. Ils nous ont permis de rester dans la zone de l'hôtel, ont pris soin de nos bagages et nous ont aidés à trouver des vols. Les chambres sont également très belles et spacieuses. super pour le prix. De plus, si vous voulez économiser de l'argent sur la réservation de visites pour les temples, vous pouvez toujours utiliser le service de l'hôtel. Ils proposent des tuk-tuks pour les temples à un prix incroyablement bon marché, je pense, à partir de huit USD pour un petit groupe de 3. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, ils ont un bar à omelettes, des toasts, des croissants et différents types de boissons. La piscine était très propre et la zone autour de la piscine est ombragée, il y a de grands arbres, des plantes et du feuillage pour une belle brise et de l'ombre.

Nice hotel with very, very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast could have a bigger variety and the rooms would need a touch up here and there, but nothing big to complain about. The location is great in walking distance to pub street and many sightseeing spots. But some bars with loud music around, playing throughout the night.

Could not stay due to personal reasons after free cancellation period (5 days in advance). Trip.com approved full refund if sakaban suite agreed. Sakaban refused and took my money. Never in my years of travel have I ever experienced such greedy behaviour. Says alot about the management. Book elsewhere, there are plenty of other options in siem reap, this is not one of them.

My stay at the hotel was fine overall. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient. The cleanliness and amenities were average — nothing bad, but also nothing that stood out. With a few improvements in room upkeep and facility upgrades, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience

По расположению – отлично. Близко ко всей инфраструктуре, но в то же время тихо (во всяком случае в номере с видом во двор). Номер просторный. Немного уже уставший, но это особо его не портит. Но очень хотелось бы обратить внимание владельцев на состояние постельного белья (в катышках), халатов (были грязные). Также не было маленьких полотенец. Завтрак неплохой, не особо разнообразный, но голодным не останешься. При выезде рано утром собрали сухой паек (два яйца, хлеб с маслом, булочку и мандарин).

友人とカンボジア旅行のため利用しました。 繁華街から大変近く便利ですが騒音は気になります。 賑やかな街なので夜遅くまで音がうるさいです。 神経質な方は避けた方がいいと思います。 部屋は広くて快適です。 ただエレベーターがないので大荷物だと上の階へ上がるのには大変です。 値段は安いし朝食も付いていたのでわたしたちは満足でした！

Отличное расположение отеля! Хорошие завтрак, но не разнообразный. Чистые комнаты, но в душевой не мешало бы сделать клининг. Для проживания однозначно рекомендую!

Superbe accueil à la réception et côté restaurant. Jeune équipe très professionnelle et très sympa ( dont Monyvong) qui a un soucis d'accompagner les clients pour tous les besoins . L'équipe fait un gros effort pour réduire au maximum la barrière de la langue .

I loved staying at this hotel. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I really liked the décor when i walked in. Met with lovely smile when i checked in. Room was specious. I particularly liked the balcony overlooking the street where you can see daily life. I needed a few things for my room such as a few more coat hangers and a tv, these were all sorted out very quickly. The staff were excellent particularly Sky and Tieri who were extremely helpful with my questions. My stay was for 10 days

Thank you so much Sakaban Team I’m really appreciate due I have visit in Sr for skol trip but I got warming greetings from the staff Reception hotel and Restaurant check in and check out they always keep a warm smile to all the guest , The room clean and view to the pool very relaxing Highly recommend who looking for hotel and restaurant in sr I will come back again see you guys.

Checked in this hotel and received welcome from front desk. The room was equipped with tea maker, fridge and a safe. Bathroom with hair dryer.there is also a small swimming pool. Breakfast spread was simple but nice. Staff are friendly. Location is good, walking distance from pub street. No regrets.

Sakaban Suites is a boutique hotel situated within a 10–15 minute walk to Pub Street, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Check-in was fast and friendly. A welcome drink along with fresh fruit was provided. Please note that this hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you should request a room on the ground floor. The room was a good size with a balcony. There is a good air conditioner, a refrigerator, but no TV. The beds were comfortable enough, and the hot water was hot. The free internet was fast and reliable. There is also a small pool. Breakfast was simple, and the limited buffet had made-to-order eggs. You should get there early as by 9 AM, the choices are limited because they don't refill the buffet frequently. All in all, Sakaban Suite is a very good budget-friendly hotel that is located in a good area. The staff are very friendly and are eager to help. It provides incredible value, and you can't go wrong staying here.
