If unsatisfied w/cleaning service, will be redone however not refunded. Uncleaned vomit, blood, feces, urine will be charged up to $500 hazard fee clean by clean company. Fenced back yard available to play & you must keep pets leashed while in front yard. Pick up after your pets when they poop in the yard/litter box, use pet bags, and throw away in city trash bin (front yard).
