It was a nice stay. All the services were up to the satisfaction. The bathroom was ok but would have been more better

As they didn't accept me as a foreign guest it took me 1, 5 hours to get a new accomodation sorted. Makemytrip was actually a great help, but the hotel itself had a terrible attitude

Not hot water available bathroom is not clean
broken tap in bathroom broken mirror in bathroom tv is of very old model
too much costly for non ac room staff behavior good

Bathroom was so dirty mirror of the bathroom is broken
the quilt giving a very bad smell bed sheet is also dirty
no intercom available in the room

The food was outstanding and service the service of Mr Anil bisht and Dinesh Rawat was fantabulous , the variety of food in d breakfast was good thank you souch must visit the bloom at eros hotel new Delhi
