Great and affordable

とても急な階段をスーツケースを持って上がるのだけが非常に大変だったが、清潔さ、使いやすさ、シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出たのはよかった。3日間の滞在だったため、リネンの交換がなくても気にならなかった。特にMaica, Mary & Ninaたちのwhatsapp を使ったやり取りは非常にスムーズで、夜の遅い時間にも関わらず返答してくれたことは大変助かった。今のシンガポールの状況を考えるととても良い滞在になった。

Service provided by the staffs are very efficient and good

Thank you Maica, Mary and Nina for the greatest services and attitude. Room is not big but very comfortable and clean. And it’s at a very good location 2 mins from the Chinatown Station and it’s located right at the Pagoda Street. Overall is satisfied and will be back again!

Everything was great!

Best location ever! It’s just a blink of an eye, you will get from MRT exit A to the hotel entrance. The decoration and facilities were also great. Room width is just a bit narrow, but it’s cozy and enough to get relax after your long walking day in Singapore. It’s get very near to the dream hotel. Just one negative is the hotel has no elevator. It literally suits for under middle-age person or exercise lover, do not recommend for senior person to stay. Anyway, I’m fine with ladder climbing. Therefore, I would like to give a super 5 stars satisfaction for my 3 nights stay.

如果有電梯就更完美了，地點離地鐵很近

One word Fantastic. I stayed at this hotel for the Chinatown feel and also convenience - to MRT, office etc. Despite being a digital hotel without front desk, they kept service up to par with regular WhatsApp to check upon. I can be sure if I needed to speak to someone physically, urgently, they will be there.

還是可以的，出行方便

It's clean and convenient and good location. Just a bit pity our flight was delayed, as we reach hotel around 10pm.

Maica, Mary & Nina 的服務好好，回復問題很快，很友善。我凌晨3點check in 也能為我提供服務，位置方便理想，附近十分多商店食肆，也近MRT。有機會下次來會再次選擇。

Otel Chinatown'un merkezinde, metro durağına çok yakın, bulması kolay. Oda küçük ama çok fonksiyonel ve temiz. Mikrodalga, ısıtıcı, mutfak malzemeleri, banyo malzemeleri hepsi yeterli. Otele ulaşmadan iletişime geçildi, dijital giriş bilgileri ulaştırıldı. Girişte dijital giriş telefondan dolayı çalışmadı ama yardımcı personel kart sağlayarak destek oldu. Uçakta kaybolan bavullarımızın otele teslim edilmesi konusunda da yardımcı oldular.

Even though the room size is small, everything works perfectly well. The bed is 5 ft in my room (pagoda studio - no windows) same as the room description, the location is also good just a few meters away from the MRT exit. Firstly I concerned about whether it will be noisy as the hotel is in the middle of Pagoda Street with many shops along the way, but it's very quiet inside. Digital key lock from my phone works well with Android, and the staff are quite active and be there when I arrived to facilitate things e.g. setting up a digital key from my phone, thanks for a good experience stay (Nina, Maica & Mary).

雖然入住一波三折，但是最終結果還是很好的，攜程客服很努力的解決問題，不得不説酒店的中國工作人員小妹幫忙解決的所有問題，超級贊，環境很好，房間很安靜，出門就有各種吃的
