✅ Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Chinatown MRT which connects you to anywhere else. ✅ Lots of eateries ❌ Couldn’t find any halal restaurants nearby (maybe I didn’t explore enough). ✅ Room & bed were comfortable ✅ Friendly receptionist ❌ Toilet cleanliness could be better ❌ No breakfast provided even though advertised as such

I stayed just for a night on a long layover and it was perfect. Easy access by MTR from the airport (the station is in T2 but accessed by sky train from the other terminals). It is a few steps from Chinatown station (gate E). The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. It has a safety box and each bed has its own tv. The breakfast was super basic but that was expected as Singapore is super expensive. Overall is good.

It's good considering the price. You just need to be mindful as to not disturb the other sleeping guests (w/c you still would since small movement like closing and opening of zipper of a bag seems so loud since the room is quiet or sound of footsteps so just heads up for the light sleepers like me). The staff is also accommodating.

Price per night extremely high as all types of accommodation were fully booked due to a concert of Taylor Swift. Hardly any western guests, hotel is probably mainly focussing on Asian tourists. Only 3 shower/toiletunits. Way too little for the amount of guests, especially in morning time. Dirty! (But that also depends on the hygiene of the guests). Fancy designer showerheads/rainshower, but cheap ‘China Enterprise’-****, so leaking and broken. All my **** (towel/toiletries/clean clothing were wet (except for myself) while taking a shower, very annoying. In whole hostel no space to dry wet clothing. No lights in dorm, except for your own capsule. Reading light in capsule was broken. Capsulecurtain too small, so gaping on both sides: no privacy. Bottom capsules probably more popular than top capsules: my bottom mattress was old and sagging, I was lying in a hole, not conducive if you have back problems. Did I already say it was dirty :)? Helpful staff. (Simple) breakfast included, in another hostel, 100 meter down the road. Good location of hostel (Mosque street 13; MRT: China Town)

Chic Capsule Otel located in China Town, Singapore is a hidden gem! The modern capsules are cozy and well-equipped, perfect for a good night's sleep. The communal lounge is inviting, and the staff's hospitality is exceptional. Its central location makes exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stylish stay! The location of this hostel is great, less than 5 minutes from the metro and very convenient walk to Lau Pa Sat. I was highly disappointed with the bathroom amentities considering the price of this hostel. 2 of the showers were broken and very little space to try and get ready. Also the blanket / pillow situation was horrible. They should also have some kind of set rules for the lights in the room. Being dark all the time is not convenient. The staff were lovely though, the hostel just needs some upgrades to match the price.

Good location

This was very disappointing. Breakfast was basically bread, cereal and coffee. The room was OK but a bit on the hot side but the shower bathroom area was in need of repair.
