Expérience choquante. Nous avons été fraudés de notre pré-paiement de 2 semaines. Après paiement, nous avons trouvé la chambre d'hôtel pleine de taches de sang, de taches d'urine et de moisissures, de meubles manquants et d'équipements électriques dangereux. Après avoir informé l'hôtel, nous avons été exclus de notre chambre et avons été obligés de déménager dans un nouvel hôtel alors que Heritage conservait 100% de notre pré-paiement. Il s'agit d'un lieu dangereux qui fait actuellement l'objet d'une enquête.

The best aparthotel we have ever been. So clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you wished for. Specially we loved their security system as it feels so secured. They were always so responsive and keep touch with us in any matter. The simplicity and tidiness of the room and small kitchn area also made us feel satisfied. I must say the view from the room we stayed was amazing. Location is very convenient as there are so many restaurants and 7 Eleven store near the hotel. We surely will book them when we visit Singapore again. Thanks Heritage Collection team for making our 6 nights memorable. Good luck❤

Heritage collection it’s good friendly hotel even it’s quiet small for one person but the place it’s comfortable and 💯 cleaned, Also the nearest place in everything u can go by walk all accessible . If u want to save your travel I will recommend this place to stay. 🙏✈️🇸🇬 one of my concern just try to accept early check in 😊

We wanted inexpensive but in the waterfront area. This delivered. We went a little smaller than we thought but shower and bed good had washer and dryer and could walk all over. Had a little cooking area and a fridgeWe walked up to the malls and busy shopping down to China town over to the Gardens and the waterfront and Marina sands area. Would be a good stay for an individual or light traveling couple. We were headed out to Raja Ampat to had Scuba gear that crowded things a bit. will stay here again but opt of a bigger room without steps in the room and easier bed access. Digital entrance is handy for 1 am arrival but make sure you know hw it works and you go the right entrance as there are multiple Heritage Collection points and have it clear with your taxi. Also make sure you have phone charged. There are a to of restaurants and bars right out the front door is noisy but they warn you about that before you book.

A bar on the river with a perfect view. It is balcony with a lovely breeze to enjoy the night. It serves oysters on Sondays. I suggest white beer, kind of IPA……,,,,……………….. ….. …………………………………………………Trip Advisor forced me to use 200 characters

Not really a very friendly experience. They pretend to be digital... an excuse for poor service and robot like welcome. Staff harass you with tons on whatsapp messages. Be carefull if you break anything they will charge you ridiculous costs. Very noisy location. Have earplugs.

It’s my third time at Heritage Collection and I'm never disappointed! The location is perfect, the room has everything i need and the staff is the best in singapore! They fix everything quickly and are super friendly! Thank you, Irean, Ryan, Mary and Alicia! And you, Singapore visitor: save these names for a perfect stay!

The location is great but the facility is poorly maintained. If you are looking for an apartment type of short term rental this is a total miss. The sink didn’t drain, the trash can didn’t work, the hot plate only worked on super high, the washer and dryer was broke. We couldn’t get the phone app to work for a second key. The idea of this type of hotel is great but it was poorly executed and overpriced for what you get. Much better value to get an hotel. Staff tried hard but there is just too much maintenance that needs to be done to upkeep the property.
