C'est vraiment sympa👍, récemment rénové. J'ai entendu dire que cet hôtel appartient au roi de Brunei, et c'est vraiment luxueux.

The hotel is pretty cozy and the breakfast is excellent, however the service isn't the best. Our booking was done a week prior, and we have informed the hotel that we are arriving early, it was our understanding that the hotel would be more accommodating to families with infants. However we had to wait several hours to get checked in and we had to find ways to feed the infant and change diapers at public areas. Afterwards there was no help either on accommodating some baby needs like offering a cot or similar things. I was starting to wonder if this is truly a 5 star hotel.

The room is clean and spacious. Location is good too. Breakfast is also delicious.

Beautiful room design after the renovation,clean and perfect setting up. love the vanity area and the amenities, Balmain products are just amazing! We had lunch at Pete’S place The food itself was fantastic and the service attentive. We would wholeheartedly recommend Pete’s Place and look forward to dining there again. We ordered in room dining as well,it’s so fast, the thai guy who served us really professional and showed deep experience,the food was delicious too! Went to straits kitchen for breakfast buffet but not much option like any other hotel in sg,1 highlighted was the chicken rendang,I enjoyed it. I did buy some cake from The shop,and they are really delicious,the Filipino lady are very accomodating and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying with Grand Hyatt hotel except my checking out process.

+: Newly Renovated. Unique large daybed design. TV is huge and very sharp. Provided rich cake and bed swan decor for celebration. Great location. -: Room design makes Room feel tight. Limited number of larger rooms for upgrade. Next tier of larger garden rooms are located on first floor without view.

Good location with well renovated room. Daybed in the room is comfortable. Pools and gym are of good sizes. Breakfast has wide variety and local delights are delicious!

The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a wide array of international cuisines. I also enjoyed dinner at the specialty restaurant, where the food was both innovative and delicious. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and unwind. The spa services were a perfect way to rejuvenate after a day of exploring. Overall, my experience at the Grand Hyatt Singapore was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the city. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Great staycation for 1 night. Damai spa is not open yet but everything else is perfect. Also our room does not have a bathtub but the shower is perfect.
