Très mauvaise expérience. Cet hôtel n'a pas de réception, pas de carte de chambre, pas de service, pas de service de nettoyage des serviettes. Vous devez laver les serviettes et sortir les poubelles vous-même. Vous devez les contacter via WhatsApp et télécharger leur propre application pour vous enregistrer en ligne, mais les téléphones Android ne peuvent pas la télécharger. C'est terrible. La chambre était minuscule et il y avait des insectes.

Cet hôtel propose un enregistrement et un départ automatiques. Vous devez remplir un formulaire de message par e-mail avant l'enregistrement. Cependant, personne ne m'a contacté après l'avoir rempli. Personne ne m'a contacté au moment de l'enregistrement et je n'ai pas pu les joindre par téléphone. Plus tard, j'ai finalement réussi à les contacter via Ctrip. J'ai attendu devant l'hôtel pendant une heure. Plus tard, le personnel de ménage de l'hôtel m'a expliqué qu'il ne pouvait pas trouver mon WhatsApp, mais je n'ai clairement pas rempli le message correctement. Il n'est pas recommandé aux amis qui n'ont pas WhatsApp de s'enregistrer. On a l'impression que l'attitude du personnel de ménage de l'hôtel consiste à se dérober à ses responsabilités et à forcer des raisons et des excuses. L'isolation phonique de l'hôtel est également médiocre.

Petit appartement à Singapour, sans fenêtre, lit juste à côté de la porte, mais très calme. Laverie libre-service gratuite à la porte de la chambre. La salle de bain est si petite que les personnes obèses risquent de ne pas pouvoir se retourner. Les transports et la nourriture à proximité sont très pratiques

Aucun service du tout, pas de nettoyage pendant 5 jours, ils n'arrêtaient pas de réparer les choses et étaient harcelés par leur personnel, bref, vous n'avez pas de chance si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel

This hotel is definitely the best thing that’s ever happened during this trip! This is my very first time travelling abroad by myself and i was lowkey nervous! However everything just went so smoothly. I prefer small and compact room which kinda makes me feel secured and safer and this room just hits perfect for me. The room is well-equipped with microwave and fridge and free laundry + drying service is also very convenient. I want to give a shoutout to Mae, Shannen, Ryan and Divina for all the hard work and great help especially when I forgot my phone and was not able to unlock my room at late night. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve ever got the chance to travel alone in SG and also prefer smaller rooms like me!

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

Had a lovely stay at heritage collection on arab. The location is very strategic and although the room is small, the amenities are complete. Divina & Anj were really responsive and great at giving us instructions :)

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!

Its nice experiences to stay in the middle of tourist area. Easy to access masjid dultan n halal food around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on Arab Street, within walking distance to transportation and a variety of eateries, making it ideal for solo travelers. The staffs (Mae, Divina and Stella) were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The service is good, everything is clean. This hotel is near many destinations so it is very convenient to get there. Thank Mae, Divina and Ryan for helping us to have a great place to stay for our vacation.

Clean, Davina, the ambassador is friendly, communication via WA is great, though room is a bit small but in the center of Bugis is the best location and washer & dryer is free to... the digital key is my new experience. Worth to try
