Le désinfectant dans les toilettes pour femmes du hall du premier étage de l'hôtel se trouve sur le comptoir à une hauteur de 1,2 mètre de l'enfant. Lorsque j'appuie sur le flacon de désinfectant, le désinfectant se répand au loin sous forme de spray, directement dans les yeux de mon enfant. L'hôtel n'a aucun service, du moins aucun service parent-enfant, ce qui est loin du service du Shangri-La en Chine. Un faux nom. Je n'ai pas reçu d'excuses écrites de la part de l'hôtel jusqu'à présent, ils ont simplement dit qu'ils s'en occuperaient.

Le légendaire hôtel-jardin possède de nombreuses plantes mais un service moyen. Il y avait des enfants mais aucun objet correspondant n'était fourni, ils n'étaient donnés qu'après en avoir fait la demande. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel nécessite une longue file d'attente et la nourriture est assez riche.

Room number: 1225 This is corner room so the layout is better but doesn’t come with a tub. It is also at the end of the corridor so have to walk. But it’s also private so won’t hear sounds from outside the room. Pros: - huge room - complimentary fruit platter and chocolate pralines - electronic curtains (day and night) - Bluetooth speakers - coffee machine - individual bottles of toiletries - tv has many international channels - buffet breakfast spread was fantastic in terms of quantity and quality - hotel itself is like a garden oasis in the heart of the city - loads of activities for children to take part Cons - pillows a tad soft - tv could be bigger - shower water pressure could be bigger

We were warmly welcomed by early checkin and anniversity complimentary cake. The kid club and pantry is great. Love the pool. The TV and toliet though could be further improved though. If there is complementary shuttle service to MRT, that will be fantastic. It was overall a pleasant journey!

Their service is really awesome. At first the room I was given was infested with ants at the children's tent bed area and the toilet door was faulty. I went to the front desk to request to change a room as I won't be letting my child sleep at the bed. The front desk lady immediately changed a room for us. Breakfast spread was awesome as well. Overall a great experience.

It’s such a pleasant stay with my family at Shangri-La. The staffs are attentive and helpful. We managed to enjoy early check in and late check out. The indoor and outdoor play area are also great for families with kids. We will definitely come back again.

Booked Garden wing for my birthday and got upgraded to Valley wing. Initially was a bit hesitant because we were not sure if our 3-yo would love it. Turned out she loved it very much! Unique layout and design, large bathroom and bath tub, very good ventilation and AC. Comfy bed and cot. Highly recommend the Valley Deluxe room, especially if you like a European-themed VVIP experience.

The room is good, clean and just nice for 2 of us. But there is no discount for in house guest on food.

Shangri-La Singapore is a fantastic place for families, especially those with young children.
