Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Salle de sport de grand standing et deux piscines.

La chambre est immense et cosy ! Les toilettes dégagent une très grande ambiance sans le bidet. Dans l'ensemble, un bon hôtel !

En 2021, bien que plus d'un an se soit écoulé depuis le déclenchement de l'épidémie, il reste encore de nombreux désagréments pour des déplacements inutiles. J'ai séjourné au Four Seasons Hotel pendant l'épidémie. Dans cette période très difficile, j'ai ressenti l'enthousiasme et la prévenance de la réception. Assiette de fruits de bienvenue et salutations de carte. Le petit déjeuner au premier étage est également très copieux. La crêpe est ma préférée. Jiangnanchun est en effet doté d'une étoile Michelin. La salle est grande et le sol est haut. Il est très confortable à vivre. Il est à une courte distance des commerces et des attractions. Ce n'est pas très loin, vous pouvez aller dans n'importe quel centre commercial depuis la route de connexion. L'hôtel Four Seasons est fortement recommandé. Les affaires et les voyages seront le premier choix.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent séjour. L'enregistrement est très rapide et la chambre est bien rangée avec tout le nécessaire sur place. Four Season dispose de deux piscines situées aux 3ème et 20ème étages. Notre forfait comprend un dîner de 3 plats qui est également bon et savoureux. En résumé, nous reviendrons pour rester encore.

Forfait staycation incroyable, taille de la chambre généreuse, service impeccable de toute l'équipe de service, adore leur piscine sur le toit, toujours bien fréquentée et pourtant vous donne toujours votre espace. Aimant le nouveau look du restaurant One-Ninety récemment rénové et sans oublier le service chaleureux fourni par tout leur personnel bien formé, le dîner à 3 plats était incroyable et le petit-déjeuner semi-buffet était bien organisé et équilibré. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel ( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!) 2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

Classic and elegant Four Seasons, impeccable staff. Pools could be better, rooftop pool is small and crowded.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Did some deco and offer a cake in the room in preparation for my wife birthday celebration. The room is clean but the lighting is dim. Overall , I enjoyed the stay there. Thanks the staff

The Four Seasons does not disappoint. Even though I had a short holiday, the service was great. I’d like to really recognize Amy as the room attendant who checked in on my room and even helped organize my charging cords to Pauline the fantastic masseuse who shared stories about her grandmother when I tried the traditional massage. The breakfast crew was kind and checked in on me often, and the outside attendants checked on me while I was waiting for my driver. Additionally, the room service was very good. Really wonderful experience and the location next to Orchard street could not be better. Can’t wait to come back!

For the price that the guests are able to fork out for this hotel,  one might expect them to be able to behave with some decorum/manners, or at least with some social responsibility. But this was certainly not the case during my encounters with some of the guests in this hotel.  Once, I encountered someone as he came out of the lift, and i could hear him coughing along the corridor as the lift doors closed.  Please wear a mask.  On another occasion, someone entered the lift, coughing heavily inside that enclosed space.  Please wear a mask. In both cases, the guests didn't even bother to cover their mouths. Thirdly, when I was checking-in, someone simply stretched out her hand to put her card on the counter, stood there for a while, before muttering "check-out", and left. Perhaps i was transparent and she could not see that the receptionist was serving me. Such entitled behavior. I was somehow reminded of how a prankster handed Theresa May a P45 during her party conference in 2017.  Fourth, someone barged into the lift while I was walking out, as though assuming that it would be empty. Next, I ordered takeaway lunch at Jiang Nan Chun, and the server told me that I was using an older menu when it clearly wasn't. It just happened to be a discrepancy between the physical and online menu, and told me to use the physical one instead (which I wasn't shown beforehand). I had encountered a similar price discrepancy at another establishment, and I believe that it would do good for the staff at Jiang Nan Chun to learn from them: What the other establishment did was to admit that the price discrepancy was their error, and that they were going to honor what they had published online.  Later on, their boss told me that "when something like this happens, we honor it, and investigate or rectify it later".  I'm also perplexed/baffled about how the restaurant staff at Jiang Nan Chun had assumed that I was only ordering food for 1 person, especially when there were 6 dishes involved. Thirdly, I ordered takeaway from one-ninety, and the server asked if I wanted it sent to the room. I was told that the price would be the same regardless of whether I brought the food up myself or whether it was delivered to my room, so I opted for the latter.  Therefore, it came as a shock when I saw that I needed to pay service charge for the takeaway. When I enquired at the restaurant, they said that it was because I had asked for the food to be delivered to the room (when I was told by someone else that there would be no difference in price if i had collected it myself). The hotel eventually refunded me the service charge, but this misunderstanding could, and should have been averted with clearer communication. The rooms are a bit old, with cracks on the window/tables, but otherwise quite nice and spacious. It wasn't exactly clean though,  dust and some sticky substance on the window, some dust on carpet and certain things that might have/could have been animal fur (although the operator said that this was not the case). Breakfast was good, and most of the dishes were very nice. But it was rather inconsistent. For example, my hot chocolate had choco flakes in them, but my partner's didn't have any. Upon enquiry, the server said that perhaps they had "forgotten" to put them inside. A better level of service would have been to asked if we wanted a replacement (i told the server that we didn't want anymore, just in case she decided to bring one for me later on) Having said all that, I was genuinely surprised during turndown service. I put my computer mouse on one of their magazines, as the table was quite slippery. When I came back from dinner, this was replaced with a mousepad. The first time I've experience this in a hotel.

Our experience was amazing. All the staff were very friendly.

Good location and the room service was excellent. I will definitely come again.
