I am writing a review of my stay at Fraser Suites in Singapore. I explicitly booked a two-bedroom suite with one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed for my two children, aged 2.5 and 5.5. I clearly specified my children’s ages during booking, and the confirmation confirmed that I had reserved a suite with a king and a queen bed.
However, upon arrival, I was given a room with one king-sized bed and two single beds, which had no safety rails. My children kept falling off the beds, which was extremely concerning. I informed the front desk staff that this was the wrong room type. The staff member told me it was too late to change the room and that nothing could be done. My children kept falling from the beds, forcing me to place pillows on the floor and sleep on the floor myself to prevent them from falling. No one in my family was able to get proper rest.
I requested a room change, and they moved me to a different room. However, this room had an alarm sound coming from the refrigerator. I asked for someone to fix it, and they came twice, but the noise persisted. I endured this for a day, but it became unbearable and unacceptable. They claimed the noise was due to door misalignment, but no repairs were made before I moved in or during my stay.
This level of service is unprofessional and simply unacceptable. It’s unreasonable to expect hotel guests to live with persistent noise in their rooms. I requested a refund for the first night, and I even asked about the second night, but they delayed, claiming it was the travel agency’s policy that prevented refunds. Despite my repeated requests to resolve the issue before check-out, nothing was done.
After I checked out, I received an email stating they could not issue a refund and instead offered an upgrade for a future stay. Given the poor service and false promises, I find this offer absurd—especially since I have no plans to return. Traveling with young children is already challenging, and booking a serviced apartment was meant for convenience. Instead, our experience caused a waste of my valuable time and prevented us from getting proper rest during our stay in Singapore.
Due to their negligence, false promises, and unprofessionalism, I strongly advise other travelers to reconsider staying at Fraser Suites. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision about where to stay.

Arrived early and was granted an early check in which surprised us. By the time we arrived in the apartment our language was there . You could utilise the slippers and gowns. Loved the bathroom and shower size . Water pressure was excellent. The is also a bath. Because of the washing machine I over packed . The room was serviced everyday . Thank you to Ivy . There is a tv in the lounge and bedroom which had a king bed . Don’t need to purchase water the apartment has water and if you venture out complementary water , apple and a shopping bag Is available.
The breakfast is $18 and good for the price. We ordered lunch from the restaurant and they delivered it to the pool area. Food was delicious. The pool is well maintained loved the furniture . The toilets are air conditioned and beautiful . There is also a gym overlooking the pool. The pool itself needs some maintenance as there is some tiles missing on the floor. The pool offered water bottles and towels. Suggestion to management maybe have a fridge to cool the bottle waters.
Within the complex there are places to eat and a small shopping mart . Not far from Orchard Rd with a Grab. Don’t forget to get the Grab app .

The rooms were very clean and tastefully done up. The bathrooms were spotless and amenities were very good. There are two or three grocery stores and a supermarket on the first level of the building along with a handful of restaurants. The central location of the hotel made it easy for us to go around the city. Overall our stay was delightful and I'd love to stay there again when I return!
