Avis : PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore

Tout était parfait. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème. Hôtel très propre et très bien situé. Prix raisonnable.

Mon partenaire et moi avons séjourné au PARKROYAL sur Beach Road pour un week-end romantique de Saint-Valentin, et nous n'aurions pas pu trouver meilleur endroit. Dès notre arrivée, le service a été chaleureux, attentionné et sincèrement accueillant : exactement le genre d'hospitalité qui donne le ton à un séjour en couple.

L'enregistrement s'est bien passé et l'hôtel était propre. Aucune bouteille d'eau n'était fournie, mais un robinet filtrant était présent dans la chambre. La chambre était spacieuse pour accueillir une famille de trois personnes. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience agréable.

Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. L'emplacement est idéal. De nombreux bons restaurants sont accessibles à pied. De plus, la station de MRT est à 5 minutes à pied. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et délicieux. L'environnement est agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Les chambres du Park Royal sont vraiment spacieuses ! C'est incroyable de pouvoir profiter d'un tel espace. Il y a tellement de restaurants à proximité, sur Haji Lane. Tarik était un endroit où l'on servait un excellent thé !

The room is very spacious and clean. I love the big windows and natural light brightening up the room. The bathroom is well-equipped and there's also a bidet for the toilet. The shower water pressure is strong, and water heats up quickly. The bath robe is super soft and cozy! The filtered drinking water tap is great to have, so I don't have to buy or request for bottled water. There's coffee and tea in the room, and the kettle is clean. The desk in the room is big, which makes having a meal for two enjoyable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too. There is a smart tv in the room with many great channels, but I do wish it allows casting of my phone wirelessly to the TV via WiFi. There seems to be a Chromecast attached to the TV, but it is hidden behind the TV, and requires physical USB connection.

The room is so big and clean. Hotel staffs are so friendly. But need improvement on breakfast menu. The food was on average

Very good service provided by all level of staff from front desk, Restaurant, Concierge and room service. I will surely stay here again. Very convenient location.

Love the location which is nearby to all the good food. Sheltered walkway to Arab street area. The room is spacious and clean.

Had a fantastic stay at PARKROYAL! I informed the hotel that it was me and my girlfriend’s anniversary and they decorated the room for us :) Am very pleased with the services provided!!

Was here this weekend, pool and gym was out for renovations. However, we got access to Pan Pac Service Apartments nearby and the view was great. Location is a bit far from the MRT, but has great food around. Staff was okay, not the best but decent. Room was comfortable, big bed, clean toilets, well maintained place.

Room was clean and spacious. Check in & out was quick and efficient too. However the pool was under renovation when we went but they improvised and allowed us to use the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites swimming pool next door instead!

The housekeeping service was excellent. My child suddenly felt unwell and vomited on the bed, but the staff responded quickly and came to clean up right away. Really appreciated their prompt and helpful service
