Appartement très spacieux et confortable. Le seul négatif était à 9 h 00 à la nuit, ils tournaient les lumières de sécurité dans le parking devant l'hôtel et ils brillaient (ou même) lumineusement dans la chambre d'un. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique! Ils ont une gamme de produits alimentaires chauds, y compris omelettes, sauces, biscuits et gros, panqueques, toast français et le prix de la nourriture habituelle. J'ai aimé les ménages qui mettent des paires de pain coupé, des bagages et des muffins anglais dans des sacs de fermeture zip pour des raisons sanitaires et les distributeurs de gel à main dans le hall et près des portes d'entrée et de sortie de l'hôtel. Ma seule suggestion est qu'ils prolongent les heures de petit déjeuner. Un heure de fin de 9 h 30 est trop tôt, surtout si vous avez été en train de célébrer une fonction familiale spéciale comme une graduation et voulez dormir dans. 😉

Nous avons fait un mois de voyage par route et utilisons les Hampton Inns chaque fois que possible. Cet hôtel est juste à l'autoroute et à proximité de nombreux endroits pour manger et faire des courses. Certains à pied. À quelques pas de la ville et de la ville. La chambre a été plus petite que la plupart des hôtels HI. Très propre, mais moins spacieux à la baignoire. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était un peu décevant de notre dernière séjour qui avait des options plus saines dans le département du pain et de la bagelle. Ils n'ont permis que deux eaux pour notre séjour de trois jours (tous les autres ont permis de l'eau pour chaque jour de séjour - encore plus si je le demande. J'aime le check-in/out numérique (sans contact) et être en mesure de prendre votre chambre.

C'était très invitant. A eu un parc d'eau vraiment froid à l'intérieur, mais n'a pas utilisé. A eu une bonne nuit à Boss Pizza et le matin suivant il y avait un grand petit-déjeuner. Lorsque je suis sorti, j'ai demandé au bureau de m'appeler une cabine. Elle a commencé à partir, mais puis elle m'a demandé où je allais. Je lui ai dit l'aéroport, et elle m'a donné un transbordeur gratuit à l'aéroport. Je ne peux que recommander que si vous donnez des rabais à un veteran, vous devez demander à l'invité si ils étaient un veteran pour qu'ils puissent le recevoir.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff at this hotel are so I’ll tell you my experience. I booked through Expedia and i booked the wrong night non refundable! The concierge helped me change the reservation and even honored the rate I booked. He then suggested a local restaurant, the frying pan, which is walking distance and also really good. I left in a hurry and had a big journey ahead. It was 3-4 hours before I even noticed that my wedding ring was missing!!! I panicked and scoured my car for awhile before I retraced my steps and realized it could have fallen off while I slept. I called the hotel and asked if they had seen it. They said no but they would look for it. Not only did they find it but they mailed it back to me with insurance to make sure I’d get it back!! I’m so impressed and forever grateful. Stay here if you’re going to stay anywhere in Sioux Falls.

I have stayed in Sioux Falls many times and typically, I stay at one of the hotels closer to the Empire Mall. This time, I have tried something diffierent. This is probably one of more difficult reviews I have written because there are both goods and bad parts regarding this hotel. I will begin with the good. I found the management and front-desk staff very helpful during my stay. The friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable. Likewise, the modern and clean ground floor was very welcoming. Last good, raised the issue of about the room being cleaned and management immediately addressed it. It is not until you get to your room that some of the issues are noticed. I found the room to be very outdated. The furniture was very worn and old. The carpet looked, as though, it was there since the 80s. For a lack of better description, it had a very cheap Motel 6 feel to it. To add to Motel 6 vibe, the room was only cleaned once during my 2 week stay and it was not cleaned very well. To make it worse, cleaning staff never stopped by, every few days, to see if I need coffee or towels. I raised this issue and it was addressed. From staying there and talking with staff, the hotel is going through an upgrade. This was appearent with the work being done while staying there. Another drawback was the kitchenette. While it had 2 burners there was only 1 frying pan. This made cooking a meal very difficult, like breakfast. Finally, the big drawback for me, is it is not very near anything. While yes, it is near a few restaurants and WalMart. If you do not have a car, the walk is a good 5 - 20 minutes and if it is winter, then it can be a very brutal walk. As for me, would I stay there again? Not sure, I might be willing to try it again once the refurbishing is done. However, it will not be my preferred hotel and the lack of cleaning the rooms has really put me off wanting to say here. Plus, the hotel does not offer breakfast, which with a kitchenette you do not necessarily need. However, the option is nice because if you have a busy day, with one frying pan, then having the option for breakfast take the pressure off of you plus it helps defray the cost of an extended stay. My advice, consider carefully the lack of cleaning of rooms, no breakfast being provided, and the distance from restaurants and shopping against the room rate. It is not the best hotel and it is not the worst. However, the lack of amentiies can be fraying especially if you are staying over a week.

La chambre est bien équipée avec un espace assise séparé de la chambre. La zone de bureau est la séparation. La télévision est entre les deux côtés et peut swing entre les deux côtés. Vous pouvez utiliser votre téléphone comme la télé. Une petite zone de bar avec micro-ondes et réfrigérateur. Frige n'avait pas de congélateur. La salle de bain avait une douche agréable. Espace avec de bonnes serviettes et pression d'eau. Belle éclaircissement dans toute la chambre. Pouvoir être sombre ou lumineuse comme vous vouliez. Le lit était confortable et propre. Seul un côté avait un table à côté du lit. Les fenêtres ont des ombres de chambre. Même si elle était proche de l'interstate, elle était calme dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner habituel type des choses dans le lobby. Rien de spécial là. A une piscine et un espace d'exercice.

Les chambres sont plus spacieuses et les équipements sont plus récents. Il y a un petit balcon qui donne sur l'extérieur. L'hôtel est très proche du parc de la cascade de Su, à distance de marche, le petit-déjeuner est également assez riche, plus abordable!
