Parrots Sitges Hotel

We booked a short trip at this lovely hotel. Staff were kind and friendly. The room we booked had a balcony which was nice to relax after a trip to the beach which is a short walk away. My partner discovered before the trip a lactose intolerance and when we made reception aware they went the extra mile to purchase lactose free cheese, milk and bread for our breakfast. We would really recommend this hotel. They also had beach parasols and towels we could borrow. Finally we were offered a late check out due to a late evening flight which was very kind of them. This means we can enjoy the last day without the worry of our possessions not being secure and we can have a shower before the trip! Highly recommend.

We had a quality 4 nights stay at parrots hotel. First time I stiges but won’t be the last. We will deffo be back and to this hotel. It is ideally located in the square, the rooms are very clean with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was good and you can order fresh cooked bacon, eggs and omelettes. The 2 guys on reception were great Fabio and the English guy… many thanks for the welcome and bottle of cava! Ryan

Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommenders Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmer service. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast willkommen. Ein Hotel bei dem das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich mag Sitges im Oktober, alles ein wenig ruhiger.

La habitación es cómoda, limpia, agradable, silenciosa. El personal de recepción súper atento, así como en el local contiguo. Hemos estado tres noches maravillosas, en una ubicación estupenda para nuestras necesidades. Maravilloso ambiente en toda la ciudad.

Wir waren im Juni 2022 zu Gast und hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon in der ersten Etage. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße hin, in der sich unterhalb des Balkons die Tische der Aussenterrasse der Parrots-Bar befinden. Am Abend ist ein deutlicher Geräuschpegel zu hören, dieser kommt von den Bars unmittelbar am Hotel und von den umliegenden Kneipen und Bars. Für Lärmempfindliche vermutlich nicht zu empfehlen - ansonsten akzeptabel und auszuhalten. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das angebotene Frühstück war gut und es wurden auf Wunsch Eierspeisen (z. B. Omlette, Rührei, Spiegeleier, etc.) zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren jederzeit nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Direktbuchung beim Hotel bekommt man eine Flasche Cava zur Begrüssung und jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser. Es standen Sonnenschirme für den Strand bereit, die man sich kostenfrei ausleihen konnte. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt in zentraler Stadtlage (sehr zentral zu den Bars in der Umgebung), und nahe zum Stadtstrand.

He pasado este fin de semana en el Parrots y solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para su personal y sobretodo para Fabio quien con su amabilidad y atención resolvieron un problema con la empresa RUMBO. Les pongo en antecedentes; tenía una reserva a través de Rumbo para este fin de semana del viernes a hoy domingo y sin decirme nada, la anularon. Mi sorpresa fue cuando el viernes llamé a rumbo para pedir que me reenviaran el de confirmación por si lo necesitaba en el hotel y me dijeron que mi reserva estaba anulada. Yo no la anulé y no me dieron ninguna respuesta, solo que lo lamentaban. Además la anulación supuestamente estaba hecha en inglés y cuando llamé al Hotel Parrots me confirmaron que estaba anulada y que yo aparecía que era Suizo cuando soy español!!! Rumbo no ha hecho nada al respecto y he tenido que ser yo quien resulta este problema. Encima que cobran mucho mas caros que otras compañías estilo Booking, tienen un servicio al cliente pésimo que deja al cliente a su suerte sin solución. He pedido hablar con un responsable y todavia sigo esperando. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA USAR RUMBO para vuestros viajes y reservas... a no ser que queráis correr el riesgo de ante el problema quedar colgados. En fin, solo quiero volver a agradecer a Fabio por su amabilidad y por la gestión de la situación y permitirme gozar de este fin de semana en su hotel! VOLVERE SIN LUGAR A DUDAS!!! OS LO RECOMIENDO EN VUESTRA VISITA A SITGES
