Family property including a Provencal farmhouse and a small independent house completely renovated in 2017, with swimming pool, in a quiet and wooded environment. Located at 10 'of beaches and shops by bike, the property allows you to fully enjoy the sandy beaches of Six-Fours-Les-Plages, the exceptional setting of Brusc and its islands (Embiez Island, Gaou Island, lagoon classified Natura 2000) and the forest of Mont Salva, protected wooded natural area near the coves. The property consists of a farmhouse of 250 m2 (2 master bedroom suites, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 beds, 2 single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets) and a small independent house of 50 m2 (1 suite with shower and a room with three beds). The property was completely renovated in 2017 with traditional materials (ancient tomette on the ground floor, sisal on the 1st floor, whitewashed) and furnished with Provencal furniture. It has been designed to comfortably accommodate 3 families with a certain independence and to take full advantage of the perfectly lit outdoor spaces at night. On the ground floor of the farmhouse, a master suite and the large adjoining room can accommodate a family of 5 people. On the 1st floor, the 4 bedrooms can accommodate 2 couples and 2 people alone. In the small house, both bedrooms can accommodate a couple and 3 children The farmhouse and the small house open onto a large sunny terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue. A beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m) treated with salt without adding chemicals, has its independent terrace with bar and dining area. This family holiday home offers all the amenities: WIFI, TNT, bowls, table tennis, 6 recent adult bicycles available including a bike trailer for children, balloons, board games ... Facilities for young children (high chair, cot, baby bath, pot) are available. Séjour en famille Nous sommes globalement déçus de notre séjour dans une maison non conforme à l’annonce, et le ménage plus que limite. Nous avons fait remonter nos remarques aux propriétaires L’emplacement est top, et la propriété est belle, malgré le manque d’entretien

Passé un très bon séjour dans l'ensemble L'endroit, la maison et la piscine sont très jolis, avec de nombreux coins d'ombre sous les arbres. Situé à env. 10-12 min de la plage en vélo. Nous avons passé un chouette séjour, avec toutefois un bémol sur la propreté, l'entretien extérieur et des objets qui laissent malheureusement à désirer. Les vélos proposés sur l'annonce ne sont pas en bon état. Sinon Six-Fours-Les-Plages c'est très beau, on a vraiment aimé !

Maison idéale pour 3 familles Maison typique idéale pour vacanciers nombreux. Coin piscine très sympa. Espace cuisine extérieure très agréable et ombragé. Tout pour passer un séjour parfait !
